Hmmmm.....I thought they were really dodgy when I tried making them. Unless you cook them all throughly, any undercooked ones are really (and I mean really) tough. Provided you've got all your own teeth though you should be ok
Personally I don't always like these 'substitutes' they suggest. I'd much rather find a more SW friendly version and eat those and really enjoy them. For example, crisps are my downfall.....love 'em...... So, I don't have the ordinary ones, I buy Walkers french fries - only 4.5 Syns per bag. I still feel like I've had a bag of crisps and my brain isn't screaming "what.....you think that's fooled me do you".YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

I am just wondering what the deal is with juicing? I really like juicing carrots and oranges and apples but was worried about the calorie content. I remember when I used to go to class (long time ago before I even tried a juice!) they used to say that if you eat the fruit or veg it was free but if you turned it into a smoothy / juice then it wouldn't be as it is in a different consistency. Which seemed mad as when you eat it, you chew it up anyway! I don't have much fruit in a juice, few oranges and couple of carrots and bit of fresh ginger. I may have one a day and get to grips with my running and hopefully that will cancel out the calories? I could always drink them on the days when I run, straight after the run as that would help....and see how my weight goes when I weigh myself once a week. Coolmum....it all makes sense once you have been doing it for a while so don't be afraid to ask anything you need to. There's lots of people on here with good ideas and lots of knowledge.
