Snaggles....just realised I don't know how to use the PM function
so here are my stats:
Starting weight: 10st 1
Target weight (realistic) 9st
Weight loss required: 1st 1lb
I think your spreadsheet looks fab. Thanks for doing that.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

Well done everyone joining the thread, SW is a great meal plan and works well. I did it a couple of years ago and lost almost 2 stone, I am now back at SW and had 3 stone to lose, and its going so slooooowly this time!!! I didnt appreciate how hard it would be 2nd time round and when I get to target I wont be gaining the weight again, its just too stressful to try and lose again. I rejoined in aug 07 and have finally managed to get 1 stone shifted, I just lose a half and stay the same for weeks, then lose a half etc  I have to go to group, if I dont then I am just not focussed enough, so if anyone needs anything from group then just shout, buying books on ebay is a bit of a no go, you end up paying £££££ on top of what the book goes for new.
Fingers crossed my next 2 stone comes off quicker!!!!0 -
wow, Snaggles, that is a fab spreadsheet! :T
I'm afraid I'm not going to divulge my starting weight as it is too horrific, but could you put my target weight as 11 stone 7 please? I've not been that weight since I was about 15 or 16
SW do a sticker/award called 'Club 10' which is when you've lost 10% of your initial weight. To calculate it, convert your weight into pounds, and then find 10% of that. When you have lost that amount, then you will be awarded your Club 10 sticker! It's a nice initial goal to work towards.
If you have online access to the SW site it works it out for you on your progress chart.
Mine is quite a long way off:o . Ahem......... I'll come back to you when I get there!:o"Stay Wonky":D

I'm going to try the SW free green day rice pudding tonight.
It had better taste good after the hassle I went through after buying the ingredients just now (flat tyre for those who haven't seen the daily chat thread)."Stay Wonky":D

Am I right in saying red days are rubbish?
So far I've had porridge, banana and dried apricots.
Lunch was 3 ryvita multigrain with 3 extra light laughing cow triangles and smoked salmon (yuk), carrot and cucumber sticks and a slice of bacon.
I suppose I can only have fruit now until my dinner? Boring...
The 7 day menu says I can have cottage cheese mixed with prawns and apple, and some chicken for snacks.
I think I'm just going to eat fruit as snacks although I'm not a big fruit fan.
Dinner is swede and celeriac topped cottage pie.
I can't wait till I can ditch this plan as I don't know my @rse from my elbow at the moment...
Edit - I mean I can't wait to ditch the 7 day menu from the SW website, not the whole diet.0 -
Hi all
Just walked to Sainsbury - 5.45 mile round trip (I have a car but as well as trying to lose weight I thought I'd best walk as part of my Moonwalk training - 3 weekends left). Stocked up on fruit and the SW magazine. Just about to sit down to read it while the bath runs :j0
