Morning, owwwwww, bad stomach cramps....:(
Just had shredded wheat and banana so I think that's one 'a' choice and one 'b' choice (milk and shredded wheat), plus I can have a ryvita break (although I couldn't get any of those so a normal ryvita will have to do...lol).
Feeling hugely fat today because of TOTM, so please please help me resist the chocolate...argghhhh.....:o

red day for me today
just had 2 weetbix for brekkie - 1 a and 1 b choice
will have bacon, beans and toms for dinner - all free
bacon and cheese stuffed jackets for tea. a choice for cheese and b choice for pots. - its all good!!!!
gonna actually get dressed shortly and go for run as is beautiful day here in deepest, darkest norfolk!!
psst - naughty I know but couldnt resist weighing myself this morning and am sub 16st!!!! its been 7 years since I was under 16s woo hoo :j0 -

Are we all going to weigh ourselves on the same day each week like the classes? I lost 1st doing SW but couldn't justify the cost each week and have put some back on
. With Summer just around the corner (yeah....right) it would benefit all of us.
ive just found this thread and will have a good read later(got to go back to school)
i lost 4 stones on SW still had 3 to go but couldnt afford the class anymore so stopped going and guess what? yes you guessed it i put it all back on bar 9lbs i was gutted, i have rejoined now but still cant justify the class fee so i will have a good read on here, see what you are all doing and give it ago if i am welcome;) .

Well done Jenny, it is great when you hit a stone marker.
My worst time is late at night when everyone is hitting toast and stuff. I really struggle with this, and try and save up my extras to combat it or have soup.
Does anyone else have that problem? Hopefully it will subside in summer months.
I am on a green day today. So baked potato for lunch with cottage cheese, 2 weetabix and skimmed milk, healthy A and B options. For tea, i was thinking SW quiche and sw chips and Mediterranean veg. With fresh fruit salad for pud. If i am being greedy later i will finish off quiche.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi jenny, im new to this thread but not new to slimming world so correct me please if im wrong, if you are on red day how come you are eating, 3 lots of healthy B choice,
1, weetabix
2, beans, not free on red day are free on green day
3 jacket pots
you are allowed 1 or 2 A choices (calcium) and 2 B choices unless you are pregnant or a child. please slap my hand if you do fall into one of these categories. if you have been counting beans as free on a red day then you could have lost more weight than you have done.:eek:DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

oh b******ks. completely forgot beans arnt free on red days!!! poo. thanks for that - luckly I rarely have red days!!!
