My worst time is late at night when everyone is hitting toast and stuff. I really struggle with this, and try and save up my extras to combat it or have soup.
Does anyone else have that problem? Hopefully it will subside in summer months.
Heya Bob!
I have EXACTLY the same problem...late at night, sat there watching tele or in front of the 'puter and I just want to eat! Toast, chocolate, biscuits are my worst, especially as I won't stop at one! I have found that by trying to keep syn freeish during the day, when it gets to about 9-10ish, I will make myself an Options drink and have a Curly Wurly so that uses up my syns and hopefulyl does the trick until bedtime! It is very, very hard thoughxxx

Hey Donner,
I too try and beat the munchies with options. But toast is my weakness:o
I have also stuffed my face with scan bran..sometimes works, but you pay for it the day after hmmm:o
I have also tried having cut up carrot sticks etc. I blame it on my stick thin teenagers, they know i have no will power:cool:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Scan bran, is a Scandinavian bran. It is condensed so it looks like wafers, you can have 5 of them as a healthy extra, or they are 0.5 syns per slice. Some folk think they taste like cardboard!!! But they are very good for bowels.
You can buy them at Holland and Barret, or any health food shop.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
