Well done on your walk SM! Is nice to get out and about in the fresh air! I too have stuck to it, and am stuck indoors with a very emotional, hormonal 11 year old, trying to do her homework ready for school tomorrow. I also have to go back to work tomorrow which I am not looking forward to after taking the school hols off! Am gonna make some soups in a mo, ready to take for lunch and am making sure that I won't take any loose change so cannot raid the vending machine either! xxx

Hehe, thats part of the reason i go out for my walks!! Have a VERY hormonal 14yr old best if we're apart especially when it's PMT time:rotfl: Poor DS has a really rough time of it love 'im.

Sounds good, just remember to measure your skimmed milk. A little tip which i do is to add water to the milk for weetabix, as it soaks up a lot, i like hot water on mine..but it is personal choice. That way it frees up another healthy A option. If you don't want to have the baby bels you could have double milk as two A options as well, and swap for free muller lights instead. I find them more filling.
Cappucino, can be quite expensive syn wise, i used to take options with me. Cheaper on purse and is 2 syns and far tastier.

    Thanks! :D

I do add a bit of cold water to it. I haven't measured the milk as I know I'm not having all the milk I'm allowed in the course of a day. Only have cpl cups of tea max and not much on the cereal. If I don't feel like I'm losing weight, I'll start to be more careful but as I'm not 'synning' much at the moment, I don't think I have to worry too much.

I had a glass of orange juice again this morning (2.5 syns).

I had the banana after my pasta and half a bunch of grapes. I was too full to eat them all or the kiwi. I did enjoy the babybels, never had the light ones before. I didn't bother having any cottage cheese.

I had a mullerlight after my dinner and the other babybel.

I only had 1 cappucino. Prefer to have the occasional one as the drinks machine at work is free. Would have to buy my own options drinks ;)

I did sneak on the scales but they weren't really any different to when I weighed on Saturday but my work trousers were definitely more roomy this morning so I am sure it's working.

Going to have a red day tomorrow :(

    Well done Jinky67 :T

    And Hi mrsmx5 :hello:

Guys, I'm really struggling with lunches at the moment. Planning red day tomorrow. Was going to make porridge with banana and dried apricots (b) again for b'fast but then realised I don't really have anything suitable for red lunch. So I'm going to have to lose the apricots as I need both b's for a sandwich. I have no cold meat in, can't face tuna again, so will be having a cottage cheese and salad sandwich. May try and buy some ham in my lunchbreak and chuck a couple of slices in.

Dinner is easy as we're having leftover cottage pie from Sunday.

Milk will cover 1 of the a's and I suppose I could add some cheese in somewhere.

I may have to buy some soups for red lunches for now as I'm struggling for inspiration. Green days are much simpler but I know personally, I'll lose weight more easily on lower carb days.

Also, I spent loads at the weekend and I have run out of veg and a lot of fruit. Even the yogurt mountain has diminished. This diet is bl00dy expensive! But if it works, it'll be worth it (and I think it is).

TMI I know, but it's also TOTM for me and I've got stomach ache and I'm peeing like a racehorse. Am going to bed now and I'm going to try and spend tomorrow night planning a long list of lunch options.

    Night x

PS - When are we weighing in?

Evening! Just got in from my late shift, and have had visitors or been out most of the day, so I haven't had chance to read the thread - just off to bed but if anyone has posted any weights etc I will add them to the spreadsheet tomorrow. Bunny, sorry, must have had a blonde moment when I was putting yours in... :rotfl:

    Night night everyone xxx

    Hi everyone

So yesterday I forgot my planned and weighed (the cheese bit) lunch. Rather than hitting the baker I drove home for lunch between meetings and stuck to the plan!

And (I'm really proud of this) - was at the pub for a quiz last night (diet coke only!) and my friend bought pistachios. Rather than just eating from the pot or else feeling deprived by not having any, I counted out a little pile for myself (20), savoured them and counted the syns!

Now, at stupid time of the morning, I'm cooking chicken for lunch! Thank goodness for the George Foreman grill else I'd never get to work on time ........

Hope everyone has a good day
