found this on the SW thread, it isn't identical to the one I used to do, as I baked mine but is similar. 1 syn per slice - 9 slices per cake
Low-Syn chocolate cake
Syns for the whole cake
9 yummy Syns or 6½ Syns + 1 Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice
You will need:
5 scan bran
3 beaten eggs
1 level tbsp golden syrup
1oz cocoa powder
½ mug sweetener
Method:
Soak the scan bran in boiling water to soften. Then drain and mash.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a microwavable bowl.
Microwave on high for 7 minutes. When cooked the cake will be springy to the touch and will have pulled away from the side.
For a free topping, pile with (defrosted) frozen forest fruits or, for extra Syns, top with chocolate spread"Stay Wonky":D

OMG, I just accidentally ate a piece of fridge cake.....gahhhhhhhhhhh......I have no idea why, I didn't even enjoy it. I'm blaming PMT. Luckily I haven't had any other syns today, so if I try not to have any tomorrow either, I will be okay I think.

Just check the syns, might not be as bad as you think! Dont forget you can flex your syns, so if you go over one day, dont beat yourself up, just get back on it with the right amount of syns the next day.0

I've never seen it donner, but it is definitely available in Holland and Barrett. It's also sold at the SW classes, if you go to the SW website, you can putyour postcode in and find the nearest class. Pop along and buy some, I'm sure the consultant won't mind!
Snaggles, 15 syns is the equivalent of 300 calories, do you think it would be that many calories? Have a look over the week to see if you have any 'spare' you haven't used up or use today's and tomorrows."Stay Wonky":D

Don't worry Snags! At least you have stopped there! The worse mistake I always seem to make is scoffing something I shouldn't, then thinking 'well I have messed up there' and scoff a load more as I think it won't make much difference and I can't stop. It was probably more like 3000.......:o
Think I will go with using todays and tomorrows, or maybe allow myself a maximum of 5 for the rest of the week (or maybe 7, so I can have a bag of crisps...:rotfl:).
