well after my bad weekend i fell off the wagon a bit today. I am hoping I haven't put on tomorrow. I can't go to the SW meeting tomorrow cos I am going to see Blondie and the stranglers, so I will just weigh in on my own scales and report it. In an effort to lose a bit of something I went for a 3 mile run. Hope I can stick to the diet over the next couple of days.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Having updated my post above, I have just realised I need to confess........to having a sneaky mid week weigh in - sorry! Scales are saying I have lost 2lbs, so lets hope they are as nice to me on group scales on thursday!
Sorry, shall leave them alone now.0 -
1 and a half twinks hob nobs
no idea on syns, but not going to be good! Yummy, its a miracle I stopped at that!
I worked out how much those hob nobs are a while ago. Can't remember if I posted it though. It was quite a lot but depending on how many you made (how big they are), you were probably still within your total syns limit, including the other syns you had.(They are gorgeous though. I am very impressed you stopped at 1 and a half  )

Evening! Well, as they say, tomorrow is another day, so I am going to stop farting about and get back on this diet. I know that if I could stick to it religiously for a week, I would start to feel much better, which would get me motivated again.
If I don't come and post on here every day, someone come and drag me here and force me to confess!

well it has been a strange week for me - had three birthday meals but wasn't too bad on 2 of them. I have also been ill and hardly ate anything yesterday but although off work today i am feeling a lot better than yesterday so will try to stick to the plan. I have no idea how the weigh in will go tomorrow night but am def expecting to put on. I will face this and then continue to be good. Must read the magazine today whilst i am off work.
good luck everyone:D£2 savers club 2025 #40 -

Hi Everyone
I had a bad week last week - including a Hen Night on Sat with set meal and lots of wine. I put on a bit (see sig) so am determined to get back to it this week. BUT, at the same time, same Hen Night and forthcoming wedding are not what you'd call cheap, so I've been raiding the cupboards for things I already have in.
Please does anybody know how many syns in Paxo Sage & Onion stuffing mix? I'm thinking of turning it into the main part of a meal rather than accompaniment for a roast, so I'll probably eat 1/2 packet rather than letting it feed the 8-10 that the box says.
Thanks in advance for any input
