Afternoon
I am doing badly today....I have eaten a bag of crisps....
And, um, that's it.
This is what i end up doing every time I'm stressed. I don't feel hungry at all, and then in an hour or so I will be starving, and will have a real battle to not eat a load of crap.
I'm going to go and look for something SW friendly to eat now, before the hunger hits, and hope that will work.

Snaggles don't be too hard on yourself. I know how you are feeling as this week as certainly been very mixed for me: 3 birthday meal celebrations although not too bad on 2 of them and the last few days I have been ill so hardly eaten anything. I am due for my weigh in tonight so expecting to put on weight but I will go to class and face up to it and then start the good fight again.
I have just been on the SW online and put in my weekly weigh in amounts as i think this will be pretty motivational as i can track how i am doing.£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Thanks Mickey Mouse....it's just so frustrating because I thought I was managing to stop doing this. Not eating all day and then eating rubbish in an evening has been the entire reason I can't lose weight, because I like healthy food, I like low fat food, I even quite enjoy exercise, but it's my actual eating patterns I have trouble with.
Anyway, I have eaten some chicken slices and cheese from the fridge, which I think I can count as healthy extras (not sure about the chicken - is that a healthy extra on a green day?), and then we've got pasta and a tomato-based sauce for dinner, which shouldn't be too many syns....so maybe I can still rescue today...lol!
I need to make myself some syn-free snacks for later, to make sure I don't blow it by eating more crisps."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Sorry, meant to say as well, good luck for your weigh-in tonight."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

your day will be fine as you can count the chicken (71g of cooked ) as a Healthy Extra on a green day (I am not a geek - i looked it up for you ) and then count your crisps as syns.
I tend to save my syns for the evening and then they normally come chocolate coated:D
thanks for the good luck vibes - think i will need them.
The other thing i started to do is : I have this vast collection of beanie bears (yep i still love them and i am 44 :rotfl: ) but cos I had too many had put them away in the loft but now i am going to get one down and display him for every lb I lose.£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Aww, thank you for looking it up for me....I have the most ridiculous (but true) excuse for not looking it up myself.....my hubby put the books on a shelf I can't reach! :rotfl:
He's home now though and has reached them down for me."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Snaggles i need a shelf like that for all the naughty stuff i am tempted with :rotfl:
well just weighed myself at home and although i tend to weigh slightly lighter on the SW scales i think i will put on either 2.5 or 3 lbs this week - as long as it isn't more than the 3lbs i lost last week i will be ok with that as it was my Birthday week. Off to class in about 20. will have to try to forget about the weight gain and concentrate on being good this week£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
