Morning Guys.
Well I have been on holiday (from home) this week and I seem to have put on loads!! I have broken the 15 stone bracket :eek: :mad:
So this morning I spent my birthday money on the online membership. I know I will have to spend money from Oct on a monthly subscription, but I feel like it will be worth it.
I can't believe I have let this happen again and realised that I need something I can go to everyday that will give me recipe ideas etc, so I decided that it was well worth the investment.
I just feel very bad and like I am letting myself down. I know I have been stressed but that is no excuse to eat like there is no tomorrow!! I also eat when I am bored, so I am going to try some body magic and get out there and do some walking.
Hopefully I will make it back to aquafit on Monday (assuming the cat doesn't need the vet again)
So this is the plan for today:
Red Day (generated from the online menu planner)
Breakfast - 2 weetabix + scambled egg, bacon and grilled tomatoes
Lunch - Egg and bacon roll followed by a yogurt
Dinner - Mixed grill
Snacks will be loads of fruit, ham and mini baby bell.
Syns - Mini Milk = 1 syn
- Alpen lite bar = 3 syns
- Tomato Ketchup = 2 syns
Exercise will be a walk into town.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
gooooood luck Lucy. Don't be hard on yourself - everyone struggles and put on weight sometimes. It is good to have you onboard again:D

Hi all, I have been laid up for a few days, a couple on the dance floor lost their footing at the wedding last week, and slammed into me hitting my lower back, I was thrown forward heavily onto my left leg, my GP thinks I have a torn Ligament in the knee joint,:eek: its very painful can hardly walk.
My weight stayed the same this week, can't get no exercise when laid up so it dose not help with weight loss
well done everyone who managed to lose weight this week. Have a good day bubsy.
