Morning all....:D
Can you put me down for a 2lb weight loss this week please?:j
Went on holiday for three nights in Haven's Devon Cliffs last week. Made a point of not eating at the pizza / Burger King / chippie outlets there and we three just ate at the caravans. Had one ice-cream in the three days and went swimming as well as a lot of walking too....
Still persevering with the catalogues, around 800 more to go before I finish them and I started a media distribution position ( paper round ) last week which is another help...0 -
Well done Chiphazard. I am not sure I could have been that good!
Off to work - still can't quite make my mind up whether to be green and red. I am currently thinking about a nice steak with roasted veg for tea....... yummmmm........
Or spicy meatballs......

Phewwwww..........

I weighed myself this morning, after my little 2 week 'break' from the diet, and I'm pleased to say I have stayed the same. I think I HAD put weight back on, but all the gardening over the weekend, and the last 2 days of healthy eating have rescued me a bit I think.
Anyway.....aiming for a loss next week!

Sorry to sound so smug, but to be honest this is the lift I needed after getting a letter from the loan company saying they're going to take nearly £20 a month more off us. :mad:0 -
