Hi everyone, well the 7,7,7 over 7 has paid off with a 4lb loss
so that takes my overall total to 1stone 3.5lbs:j im so pleased with myself, ok i blew it a bit yesterday:eek: with the liquorice allsorts but hey im still pleased. :T so for a treat tonight im having hot toast and peanut butter, funnily enough i still have all my HEB choices so im counting the peanut butter as that so i would only have to syn the toast and ive had no syns today either:rotfl: i would normally have had a takeaway of some sort so ive done myself proud today:A .

I must admit, I haven't counted s's today but I am trying to eat more raspberries etc. I don't weigh in until Saturday so I have a bit of time yet. I'm not expecting to lose too much this week though as I had quite a big loss for me last week (3lb) and fortunately, I don't have much to lose now.0 -

good afternoon roomies - well yesterday didnt go to plan!! (does it ever?!!!)
yesterday I had
breakfast
3 quorn sausages
3 slices wholemeal bread
ketchup
didnt have any dinner
tea
slimming world chips
mushy peas
2 small fillets sea bream coated in a little flour, salt and pepper. fried in a little fry light and knob of butter.
small amount grated cheese on chips
no cross trainer but did do 3 hours gardening!!!! - hence no lunch
today
breakfast
3 quorn sausages
3 slice wholemeal bread
ketchup
lunch
muller yoghurt
necterine
tea
home made tomato and basil pasta with mince
tomatoes free
tomato puree 0.5 syn
onion free
basil free
thyme free
garlic free
85g mince HEB
pasta free
have done 20 min cross trainer this morning, 20 mins weights/sit ups etc (in garden with sun shining - lovely!) and 10 mins trampoline - again in garden!
it really does help to write it all down!!!
