*sneaks in looking VERY sheepish*

I'm sorry I haven't been around - I have been very bad and I daren't even weigh myself, but feel very bloated and fat.

I'm not sure if the spreadsheet is up to date, I've done my best with it, but my head hasn't been in a very 'spreadsheety' place :o so please tell me if your weight is wrong.

Hope everyone is okay - need to get back on board as I am hating feeling so lumpy.

Aww thanks hun - I'm not down, but I have definitely been feeling a bit stressed out recently. Just too many things going on at once I think. I'm feeling happier again though and almost ready to face the scales...lol.

My eating habits go completely to pot when I feel stressed - I eat way to little, then end up starvingly hungry, and eat loads of rubbish. SW was working really well for me, because it was forcing me to eat properly throughout the day. I have been really active, doing lots of walking, running around after the kids and getting the house and garden sorted out, but I honestly feel about a stone heavier than I was (eeek, hope not :o).

I will weigh in on Thursday as usual, and see what the damage is!

Hi guys, can you help me please

We're going out for a meal at the end of this week, Italian restaurant apparently. I'm looking for some diet damage limitation please. I wont be drinking, so no Syns there. What can I chose to eat that wont do too much harm? I was thinking maybe chargrilled chicken or steak with veg/salad,

Anyone got any more exciting ideas?
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
