Hi everyone, i had another good ay on the 7 plan:T i yesterday wont bore you all with the details as they were very similar to the previous days except i had fish and prawns with SW chips made with sweet potato and asparagus for my tea last night and it was lovely.:D
another original day for me again today, im not risking a green day as i get so bloated and i havnt been bloated all week so i will continue with original.
RE: SW Chips, i prefer to steam the chips rather than boil them i think it keeps them firmer (if thats a word) and not too wet so they crisp up in the oven quicker. thats me anyway.
well donr on the family losses Spud thats great news and superpup same to you 3lb in less than a week is fab going.:TDFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Lol I know, I put on 1.5lb last week and kept my syns virtually at zero and didnt eat much as I just couldnt be bothered!
Feeling better about things this week, and forcing myself to eat little and often. Today I have had 2 weetabix with 250ml semi, snack was half a red grapefruit (ss) and an apple (s), lunch was a tin of beans (ss) with 1oz cheddar grated on top. Banana for mid afternoon snack. Tea is wholewheat pasta with a HM passata (s), tomatoes (s), garlic and onion (s) sauce. Im going to chop some mushrooms (s) into it and have a HEB portion of cheese (1oz) on top. So my syns will be zero (no craving for anything synn-y) and I will have had 2 a and 2 b :T
And I shall make myself plan for tomorrow, which will be a red day :j
10 strawberries (ss)0 -
What do you season your SW chips with? It doesnt matter how I do mine they come out tasting awful, I have tried allsorts, different ways, different seasoning and they always come out with little taste and being a bit cardboardy0

the apple and mushrooms are only speed foods unfortunately not superspeed foods. i know what you mean about not wanting syns, i feel exactly the same so my syns are going on a glass of rose tonight after kids have gone to bed.
Tea tonight is Chicken legs (S) cooked in ginger peppers (s) and spring onions(s)
have already had ryvita and cottage cheese followed by a bowl of fruit covered in yoghurt, loads of strawberries and raspberries.
i will have 1 HEB left and 1 HEA so will have cheese on toast later for supper.
i really am having to force myself to eat what i have left from the plan on an evening as im really stuffed.
i season the chips sometimes with shotz but usually course ground sea salt.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

I know, my brain was hurting so I just put ss and thought I would just work it out later. Not that my brain feels any better, been in a fog for the last week, probably down to not eating enough too lol. On the plus side I sat down with my book and made a list of which fruit I like and is also an ss, nice and easy on my poor brain
Right, off to update above post:o

Hi everyone, all went pear shaped today...
Started off well with b'fast of 1 shredded wheat, banana and a mullerlight.
Then went to a festival and had a hog roast roll, 2 vodka, lime and sodas and a carton of orange juice.
Then I had a piece of chicken, a hot dog (in a roll, it was a good quality sausage but I don't think that's going to make a lot of difference to my syn total today), a burger (again good quality butcher's burger) in a roll with a plastic cheese slice, and a bit of salad and tiny bit of coleslaw.
It could've been a lot worse as there were cakes for sale everywhere and I just stopped at the garage on the way home and was very tempted by the bags of crisps, but I didn't give into temptation :A lol
I have to be good tomorrow!
