Day 2 almost over, i will have cheese on toast for supper as i still have 1 HEB and HEA to eat,
i have had,
raspberries (ss)
strawberries(ss)
melon(ss)
i cant for the life of me fit in 7 different ones but am eating a couple of portions of each though im not sure that counts:rolleyes:
chicken (s)
squash (s)
brocoli (s)
cauli (s)
nectarine (s)
plums (s)
satsumas x 4 (s)
ryvita HEB and half a tub of pineapple cottage cheese.
milk HEA
1.5 syns so far on pineapple cottage cheese so am gonna have a glass of rose at 6 syns and looking forward to it:beer:

Hi everyone, well I am back from holiday and gained 3lbs when I weighed in this morning.
The weather was so miserable so I just ate whatever I wanted and forgot the diet for a while,:o now I must climb back onto the band wagon and start again!!.:rolleyes: well done everyone who lost weight this week, and cheer up everyone who did'nt. Have a good day. bubsy

I don't think there is any way I am going to get 7 different ss in, in one whole day. Single s is pretty easy but ss is nigh on impossible!
I haven't eaten melon or kiwi or anything else other than my dinner. Really don't feel like eating anything else. I did decide to treat myself and have butter on my bread with my dinner, about 5 syns worth, and it was lovely. I haven't had any other syns apart from the barley sugar, which apparently is 1.5 syns (really wasn't worth it).
I'm now going to wash DD1's bedding to get the dog vomit off, before I chase the dog around the house with a very big stick. :mad: Should burn off a few syns...0 -

im finding it difficult too but i think we must be doing something right as we are not wanting to eat anything else which must be a good thing,:T i havnt snacked at all, :T Wednesday i only had 3 syns but yesterday i had 7.5syns 6 of which was a glass of rose:beer: so i still wasnt eating.:T
