I know i have seen a list somewhere and if i find it i will post it.
do you use the SW website as they are all listed on there?
Oh duh! I can get onto it sometimes thanks to a colleague. I will have a look now quickly and work out what I can have tomorrow. Shall I weigh in tomorrow morning so that we can do it for 7 days from then? (I'm not great with fish, I hope there are other SSpeed choices

Edit - I can find some Speed foods but not SSpeed foods. I'm looking in features. I don't think there's a list. I'll probably have to start on Thursday as I won't have time to check in tomorrow.
Edit 2 - I may have found enough info to get me through tomorrow. I can do the S choice easily but I've found a load of fruit for the SS. If I have Melon, raspberries, strawberries, grapefruit (yuk) and some fish (double yuk), then I only have to find 2 more. As I'm having a green day tomorrow, I think I'll have to have something other than cereal for b'fast as I'll need my HEBs for fish. Wondering what I'm letting myself in for...0 -

My consultant was ill last night and I went to an early group to weigh in. As I didn't know anyone I didn't stay (had my little one with me too!). the 7 day plan looks good, will have to write it down and try to stick to it.
Green day today for me.
Breakfast - 2 poached egg with white bread and butter hah! (
lunch - baked potatoe baked beans and 42g of half fat cheese
Snack - cottage cheese with onion and chive. Banana
Tea - want to make a carbonara with quark - does anyone have a recipe??

and mushrooms too! What about the sauce... The SW website says to use fromage frais, but I am not too keen.

I've used Quark in cooking, and it tastes fine, but has a bit of a 'bitty' texture - I think it sort of separates a bit - maybe just stir it in right at the end, would that work? We need Keren back on board really, with some cooking tips...lol."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
