Lucy - step away from the maltesers! I can't decide whether to have a red day or a green day, but that said I have just had bacon, egg and mushrooms for mid morning snack so I guess I am on a red day. Got my weigh in tonight so trying to be good today and not eat too much!

Can't quite decide what to have for my tea though. I am hoping I have achieved my target of 2 lbs. Do you think its bad of me to treat myself to a bar of chocolate if I achieve my goal!

Spud - how you gettin on?

I don't think it's bad, we have to have a little of what we like every now and then.

I am going for a green day as I can bulk out then.

Will you eat before or after weigh in?

I never eat before a weigh in. Although if I think I have have had a bad week I may eat before I go then it might look better the week after!

Brilliant! I bought some chicken with lime and chilli last night from Morrisons and I had completely forgotten about that! I will have that with salad.

    Thank you Lucy. Inspirational!

I'm OK Sammy ta hun. I felt a bit fed up over the weekend and yesterday but feel better today.

I had 28g shredded wheat and skimmed milk for brekkie and just had a handful of fresh rasberries. Dont know what lunch will be - possibly a salad then jacket spud and vlf cottage cheese tonight. Sound OK :D

It is free, although some favoured varieties have Syns apparently ;)
