Lucy i guess there must have been some veg on the pizza so it is healthy then:D

Just having a cuppa and a hifi bar (I really like them - my fave flavour is the mince pie one but will have to wait until nearly xmas for those). Was a bit disappointed my class didn't have any new SW mags yet but will get one next week.

Well Done for staying the same.

I sometimes think that is almost as good as losing. Do you know why you didn't lose?

    That's ok then.

I'm trying to get back into it. But after today will have to try harder! Still I've only had breakfast, lunch and a banana, so at least I've not been snacking on all and sundry!!! I'm not hungry luckily.

Home made, virtually syn-free coleslaw is easy, especially if you have a mandolin-type slicer.

Take a small hard white cabbage, a large onion and a couple of large carrots. Prepare as normal then slice very finely on the mandolin (or use a large, sharp knife). Stir together 2 or 3 tablespoons of very low fat mayo and the same amount of 0% Greek yoghurt. Season well and stir into the veg. This only uses around 2 syns on the mayo and is delicious.

Hey guys, I'm having different probs now, got to my goal and am trying to maintain, but the weight is still going down, very very slowly but still down, any suggestions?

I recommend increasing your HEs, not syns. Increase by one HE (either A or B) for a week or two, then add another for the next week or two, There will be a point at which you may start to gain a very little, if this happens, drop one of the extras. Eventually you'll find the point at which you'l be able to stabilise.

Well done on getting to target - be vigilant or the weight will creep back when you're not looking :rotfl:
