Hey lovely people
I forgot to weigh in today - think I will change my day to Thursday because I am always in a mad rush on a Wednesday.
Well done to those who have lost, and welcome to the newcomers.
My boobs have definitely shrunk this week (sigh...), so I'm hoping that means I have lost something, but I haven't been very good really. The weird thing is that I'm missing the diet, so I think I am ready to get back into it properly (consultant31, thanks for your post, it has definitely given me a little burst of inspiration!). Bring on the pasta!!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

You are so lucky that your boobs go down, i know you dont want them to, but mine are always the last to go and i really want them to:mad: , when i lose weight i look like a Dolly Parton look-a-like without trying :rotfl:and i can never get clothes to fit properly on top.

Morning people....
I did really well yesterday.... until I somehow managed to eat half a tub os strawberry cheesecake ice cream(Spud I am SO Sorry!!!)
But that is the tub gone now.
Although it has made me realise that I need to deal with evening eating. I am really good at work :A and then I go home and it gets messy!!!
Tonight should be ok, as I am going to see some friends who also do Slimming World (we have our own group as hate paying!) so I will be busy, it's just the rest of the week I need to sort.
Oh and star week is due any day now, so that's not helping :rotfl:
But plan for today:
Breakfast - 2 weetabix + skimmed milke
Lunch - Egg roll, yogurt and fruit
Dinner - Quorn sausage and bean bake!
Snacks loads of fruit, and other type free foods, we are making syn free crisps at 'group' tonight so them to!
Oh and I discovered yet more clothes that don't fit any more this morning.... Getting dressed for work is a real pain sometimes
So anyone any ideas on how to deal with evening snacking?

Well done Snaggles!
My scales were very kind to me this morning and reckon I have lost 4lb this week, will see if the SW ones are as nice tonight!0 -
Lucy, maybe you craved it as its near star week?
Have you tried saving a HEB and having a couple of alpen light bars? You could also have a highlights/options hot choc at 2 syns. I find I dont need anything else chocolatey after that lol. You could also try saving all syns until the evening, set yourself the task of eating only free foods all day and when you have achieved it you get to sit down with something within syns. You could also try freezing chocolate to make it last longer when you do eat it0 -
I will have a think about that.
I'm only set to have 1 syn when I am at work (unless I have an options drink) so will see how I get on.
