Why does the weight always go from the bits you dont want it to go from
....could we not find a plan that would take all the unwanted fat from my tummy and thighs and direct it to my bra:D
I have had another unsucessfull week:o I just am not loosing anything at all on green days and I really struggle on reds as I am not a big meat eater. *sigh* only 3 weeks till the holiday now and none of the clothes I bought for our summer holiday 2 years ago fit:mad:..I really cannot afford to buy a whole new set of summer clothes.
What about trying success express? Quite a few people do it at my group and they tend to lose around 3lb and do approx 3 days out of 7. You can safely do it everyday, which might give you a boost.0 -
Right, I think I need someone to boss me about a bit
I very easily lost 3 stone last year on SW, never cheated once. I relaxed a bit over Christmas, and just cant get back into it. What am I doing wrong
Come on you lot, I need you to keep me on the right path. Do we have any consultants on here who can give me a bit of a telling offIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Okey doke - bossy boots to the rescue
Get out your books and read them, from the beginning - what we call back to basics.
Look for an old magazine and follow the 7 day plan there-in.
Weigh everything which requires weighing.
Check (before eating) that the thing you think is a HE, actually is.
Count your syns accurately.
Write everything down for the next week - that's everything, miss out nothing.
Make sure you get your 2½ litres of water, every day.
Right, off you go - you can do thisI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Consultant, if I could press your thanks button over and over, I would
I just cant understand why I could do it so blimmin easily back in August, losing 3 stone in 4 months, yet now I cant even make a start
I will take my books to bed and read them again. I'm planning to start again on the first day of the school holidays (I've planned and failed virtually every week since January)Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hugs for ya spud...maybe the simple answer is focus? Have to admit that I was disappointed by 2ibs in my FIRST week but them I did have a horrendous food week the week before & need to not be dowm & sabotage myself because of the disappointment. 2ibs is still 2ibs after all! Will also cut down on alch this week as drank more last week because of syns allowance. This wek may have food syns instead!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! I think a bottle of wine is about 30 syns, but I'm not sure.
Not been doing to well as I was ill, but back into it again now and I will get rid of it.

Lunch - Tuna and cucumber roll (HE B + 1 syn salad cream)
Dinner - Cottage pie topped with swede, with fresh veg and gravy (2 syns)
Snacks - loads of fruit and I will make my raspberry roulade (2 syns a slice) and I will probably have an alpen light bar.
Total syns - 9 syns!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Hi
Newbie here - I was wondered if I could join
I was a member of SW about a year ago and was doing really well, I stopped as couldn't really spare the cash each week but the weight has gradually started to come back, so last week I decided to get back on the diet properly. I think I've done quite well this week (I'll find out in the morning) but I really need all the support I can get, as I think I'm going to struggle without the 'group' support.
I'm not sure what the rules are with the group password but if anyone could give it to me it would be much appreciated as I find the website really helpful.
Good luck everyone

First weigh in tonight and I was pleased with a 3.5lb weight loss given that I had to use food us in the cupboard and was still trying to get to grips with the plan. Would love to lose 2lbs next week but I have a party to go to on Saturday and I am away for the weekend. Saving my syns for a bottle of wine and I am keeping hold of my wine so that I know how much I have drunk!!
Good recipe in the new mag out today in the group. Quorn sausage Jambalaya, and I found some sausage - Debbie and Andrew Higgeldy Piggeldy sausages. Not many syns at all (can't remember how many though)Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
