Cleosmum, do you want me to reflect your overall weightloss on our spreadsheet? I think you'd lost some before we started, so I've got you as a 7lb loss - do you want that to say 21lbs if you have now lost 1.5 stones?
Oh and apologies, I forgot to tick the 'publish when new info added' box, so the version you were seeing wasn't being updated for the last 2 weeks.....
All sorted now!
It would be great if we could put my overall weightloss on, thanks!0 -
Hi. I hope everyone's having a good weekend.
I just had a lovely lunch. Turkey mince mixed with chillies, garlic, onion and salt & pepper then rolled into balls and put on a skewer in the oven. Served with salad. They were absolutely delicious even if I do say so myself.
I've not used turkey mince before but it seemed cheap. I've used the other half of it to make lasagne. Quark for the cheese sauce, HEA of hard cheese on top, and 2.5syns per lasagne sheet. It looks good and smells ok, but again I've not used turkey mince before (or quark for that matter) so it may be revolting! I have all fingers and toes crossed as I sit here thinking of what I could have as a reserve dinner if needed :rolleyes:0 -
Just got on to the exercise bike for the first time in a week and did three miles. That's the first time ever, I've got pretty close before (2.97 miles ) but I gave it some welly in the last minute, doing 0.22 miles, and got there...:j :j0

Well done Chip! You've almost motivated me to get my bike out before it gets dark.0

Nice going, er, piggy! Do you mind if I call you Piggy?
When I got the bike a few weeks back, it stayed as an ornament for two weeks but for the last four weeks, I've been averaging four nights a week on it. The first time I got on it I couldn't manage fifteen minutes in total on it but now I'm up to twenty. The first time I did twenty minutes, I only "travelled" 2.62 miles which is mega slow but I've gradually built it up to tonight's climax....:D0 -
Piggy is fine! Right that's it - I'm going to go for a short ride. Just had to spend a fortune on the car so fully expect the bike tyres to be flat and batteries to have gone in the lights, but assuming that's not the case I'll take a wee cycle. Bit scared as I've not cycled the roads round here - just moved from a place with great cycle lanes.
Back later
