    In haste as off to bed before work...can join you please! Will go to SW on Tues as think I need the discipline of a group & need to shift the 3 stone I put on...hope you'll have me! Will catch up on posts tomorrow! Dread to think how much I weight...have been putting it off for weeks but know from tightness of clothes its not gonna be pretty - 5ft nowt & I recon now 15 stone give or take a bit!! TBA!!

    2 x Quorn sausages/SW chips and mushy peas

    Snacks
    Crudites with garlic & onion dip
    Mullerlight peach yoghurt

    Hiya guys,

    Haven't had time to catch up' will read back asap, congrats to all that are trying, you'll get there in the end.:D I now have to maintain my weight which I find difficult, it tends to go up by tiny amounts so creeps up on me, any advice?:T :T :T

    Just popping in - came home between visits to get my sat nav! Am going tonight to SW literally at the end of my road! 6.30 - fingers crossed...have been putting weighing myself off for a few days!

    Youll be fine ISOM, im off to group again tomorrow night and am not looking forward to it.
    I HATE WEEKENDS
    I have been great all week and then POW the weekends here and my eating plan is out the window, can anyone recomend a pill that will make me sleep all weekend and look after my kids while i do it please. why do i do it, i feel really fed up with myself for being so week willed.
    Ok whinge over well done to all of you who arnt as week as me and managed a weekend with out being a pig "look there i go again " sorry............
    off to the kitchen now to eat my sorrows away... no only funning im fine today.

    aww northern lass we've all been there - with money, food, alch - whatever! Hang in there!
    Well I'm back & can report that I put most of the weight back on - not all thank goodness but pretty much all! Current weight 14 stone 10 1/2 and I want to get down to 11...Onwards & upwards - just need to get the hang of it now! How are others doing?

    Shreddies/ skimmed milk/ fruit

    Egg salad with pots as HE/ Mulllerlight Yoghurt

    Dinner
    Sliced Chicken/veg/yorkshire pud

    Snacks
    Crudites and dip
    Piece reduced fat cheddar cheese
    Fruit

    3 Days in for me and up to now I havent felt hungry or wanting to syn:D

    good morning roomies!

    well weigh-in day for me - am the same as last week so am happy with that, no loss but no gain.

    was on nights last week so now have all week off - yay - will make a good effort with exercise this week - have just signed up to the cancer research 10k race at the end of sept :eek: did the 5k race for life in may but have done nothing since so will need to get into training. bought a reconditioned cross trainer last week - dead cheap - so will go on that later today.

    muller yogurt

    tuna streak
    small jacket pot
    salad

    is OH birthday tomorrow and have arranged a surprised birthday at a chinese buffet type place with 20 of his mates so will have to try and limit my choices to the better ones. dont drink so wont have to worry about that (although have a feeling I will be carrying OH to the hotel I have booked so will get in an extra bit of exercise!!!:rotfl:)
