  • Hi All,

I have been reading everything with great interest. I have never done this diet before - have always done Weight Watchers but I am sooooo fed up with counting points. I think because I have been doing it for so long on and off I can't stick to it anymore.
I have the directory although it is a old one and a food optimising booklet that tells you all about the red and green days. In my book it says that you can have Healthy Extras)1 from (A) and 2 items from the (B) list - three over all is this still correct?

I think my biggest problem is going to be alcohol. I think I get the general gist that wine is 5 syns a glass can anyone tell me what - Half Sugar Bicardi Breezers are !! At least the good thing about this diet is it makes you cut down drastically on your alcohol intake. I am allowing myself 10 syns a day as this seems to be the average amount you are allowed.

I am going to log on to this site whilst at work for inspiration. Unfortunately I work from home so the cupboards are always calling to me to take a peak inside as I pass them on the way to the loo!! Arrgghh:mad:

Evening all! Well survived the day without major incident! Got breakfast from a cafe over the road who do SW food and decided to have lunch ordered too so had that but didnt count the curley wirley until after I ate it & discovered it was 6 syns!! Wish I'd have known that before I ate it!! Lesson learned. Then went to Asda and got good food choices and have had pasta, tofu for tea whch I'll also have for lunch tomorrow...might have a yog later and feel hungry even though I've eaten loads!!

First of allhave a (((HUG))) vicxzy. And a virtual cuppa:coffee:

You have done so well losing all that weight so far:T . I am not an expert on the SW plan but there are a couple of consultants that post here who usually pop in on an evening.

Keep going with your class though.........dont give up sweetheart, you might be making a simple mistake with something and dont be embarrassed I am sure the consultants have seen and heard it all before.

You are aiming to loose alot of weight in 6 weeks hun and the SW weight comes off slow but steady I find around 2 lbs a week is about the norm.

Others more knowledgeable than me will be along soon to give you SW advice. Chin up:grouphug:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
