Thank you Louise :) even 2lbs a week would be so good at least I would fit into my dress then :)

OK...I find that I loose more on Red days than on Green so I mix them up throughout the week.

I have also upped my exercise and am trying to do some sort of extra activity every day whether that be a walk into the village or 15mins on the treadmill.....I have also started to do some Yoga at home to tone up.

I dont go to a SW group though but the support on here has been fabulous.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Snaggles,

Can you put me down for another 3lb loss please? :j

Catalogues started last Monday and it helps immensely. I have 2,500 to deliver in the next month and at the moment, I'm only pushing them out at 100 per day which still takes three hours or so. Next phase ( from Tuesday onwards ) will be closer together deliveries so maybe 125-150 a day will be achievable...:D. They help my weight loss as there's a lot of walking involved and lifting them in and out of the warehouse and the van helps my muscles too...

Hi Vicxcy I am an ex consultant of S/W I do sympathise it is not always easy following a new slimming book, my advice is to have a good read through and get to understand it. Go for alternate red & green days. try not to have Carbohydrates with protein. If you decide to have a green day focus on what you are allowed to eat from the green section, and the same if you were going to have a red day. Keep a food diary only have 10-15 syns a day. you will find the average weight loss on this plan is 1-3lb a week if you follow it 100%, and you will find it keeps off. whether you choose a red day or a green day you can be sure you can eat plenty of fruit & vegetables with either protien foods on Red or Carbohydrate foods on green, they help to fill you up. Keep your chin up I am sure your weight will right its self within the next week. If you have any questions just post them, all the girls & guys on this thread are always willing to help and so will I if I can. I won't be here all next week as I am going on Holiday, so good luck and don't forget write everything down that you eat and check out the syn values on foods with anything that you have which is extra like your 10-15 syns a day.
    take care. bubsy

Hi there & hugs for you! I lost 5 1/2 stone on L & have put it all, bar 8ibs back on but never again...I was quite ill in the end, stopped loosing weight & its just piled back on, although 6 months with no food & I was like a kid in a sweetshop!! Much better to do it slowly & surely & it will then stay off. With LL you also put a stone on pretty much straight away due to the glycogen stores being replaced...lots they dont tell you! (ie they said my hair may be thinner but not that it would take a year to grow back to normal plus other physical side effects NOT good!)
My advice (as a fellow x-lighterlifer) is to take a step back & see that quick weight loss usually means quick weight gain and that a cycle of yo yo dietin sisnt good for you mentally or physically...I know its tempting to do the quick fix again but then you have to ask when you get of the cycle and look after your body...yes the weight will take us longer but hopefully this time it will stay off. I do understand the despair you feel but for me at least I dont want to go back to starving myself (no matter what LL say :D ) to be slim - which actually wasnt "me" anyway. Much rather be me, a size 14/16 & healthy with it...hope you can come to the same conclusion. PM if you want a private chat...

    Hey guys

Been off the wagon a little (OK i HUGE bit:o) But I know why...

We had an away day with work... bbq, and then curry. Which wasn't anywhere near being 'on the plan'.

Which then lead to 2 days, being on the plan until I got home from work and then eating everything in sight :o .

Why because i was tried and I hadn't planned.

    Which really isn't any excuse.

So I am back into it today, I feel very bloated, sick (although a colleague has been ill all week) and my size 16's are fitting a little to well for my liking (not tight, but not loose either!)

So I am meal planning at the moment, before I go food shopping tomorrow. Any tasty recipe ideas anyone?

1.5lb off for me, which gives me my 1 and a half stone award, and takes me down into the next stone bracket, now 9st 13.5lb :j

Cleosmum, do you want me to reflect your overall weightloss on our spreadsheet? I think you'd lost some before we started, so I've got you as a 7lb loss - do you want that to say 21lbs if you have now lost 1.5 stones?

Oh and apologies, I forgot to tick the 'publish when new info added' box, so the version you were seeing wasn't being updated for the last 2 weeks.....

    All sorted now!
