Spud that is so me!!!
Been doing really well for 2 days and then blow out last night again
But WE CAN DO THIS (sorry
) And try starting now! We could lose 1/2 a stone by the start of the hols if we start now!
If you fancy some real hand holding let me know, like you I am going to need all the support I can get.
But good points for today....
I have weighed myself...   _pale_
And it really wasn't good....
But
I have, copied some food diaries, so I have a good stock and can write down everything I eat, so in theory I can keep better track of it.
But I can do this and I will!
Lucy, you're on hun
The biggest mistake I made was stopping the diet at Christmas
You're right, we can do this. I dread weighing myself, but I will do it in the morning, and see just how much of the 3 stone I lost I have put back on
I will read my books again, as Consultant suggested. I seem to remember breakfast being a hassle, so I will get some ideas and go shopping for ingredients at the weekend. I MUST incorporate some exersize this time though. I have walked loads today, and am just about to walk up to school for the 3rd time so far today.
Half a stone by the start of the holidays ehh. Sounds blimmin great to me

Cool, let do it, really only 3.5 lbs a week, which is doable.
As for breakfasts:
Bowls of fruit (prepared the night before for quickness)
Egg on toast
Beans on toast
Cereal and milk
Meaty/veggie cooked breakfasts?
It depends what I have time for. Only weetabix and milk this morning, was going to add raspberries, I they were a little old
.
Lunch is were I struggle, although I have been having nice filled rolls this week which I have enjoyed, I get bored of salads!
I lost nearl 4 1/2 stone first time... I have nearly but 3 stone back on now
But we will do this!Current debt - £16,300
Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I'm going to have to read - I thought toast and cereal were on the naughty list

I have a school lunch, but there is always fresh fruit and salad, and usually a jacket spud, so I can manage there.
Of for another hike up to school. Back later

You can have bread and some cereal as a Healthy Extra B. And it's a good way of dealing with breakfast!Current debt - £16,300

I'm not sure I ever really understood the Healthy Extras last time. Its definitely time for a read of the books again
