Morning, right, I'm feeling really positive about this today - so far I've had WW danish toast & laughing cow light (HEA & HEB), and I've made some cous cous for lunch. I've got strawberries to snack on (if Natasha doesn't pinch them all, as she's trying to at the moment :)), and I'm going to trawl through the freezer in a minute for something healthy for dinner - I know I've got a big bag of frozen spinach in there so maybe a spinachy, tomatoey pasta sort of thing?

Weighed in this morning, lost 2lb, I'm happy with that, must admit to following diet eating wise, but do no exercise, will start one day I promise.

    Hi everyone
done my weigh in this morning and gained 3lbs  I new it would happen as I went on a hen night weekend last week, and of course I forgot all about the diet :o and really let my hair down for a couple of days, now I am cross with myself  But never mind I am going to put it behind me and get straight back on the band-waggon :T
I am going on holiday next week  So I will really have to watch myself. well done to everyone who has lost weight,:T and big hugs for those who have gained. I know how you feel. have a good day, bubsy

Hi Bubsy - don't worry hun, just be good this week and I bet it will all come back off. It does you good to let your hair down every now and again.

Tizzzzy, well done on your loss. :T

I'm still doing okay, although there is some chocolate in the fridge calling to me. :o Done about 20 mins walking so far and about to do another 20 (school run....in the rain ).

    Hi all,

Feel a little bit good today as I weighed in this morning three pounds lighter...:j . In the last week, I will admit to going bust twice and getting pretty close twice also but the frequent sessions on the bike ( three more this week making seven in two weeks ) are obviously helping.

Next week, my contract with HDNL starts which involves delivering 2,000 catalogues in four weeks. I normally lose weight when doing this almost no matter what I eat and even get a tan too if the weather is good....

Well done Chip, you're doing great. The catalogue thing sounds fab, if rather hard work!

    Eeeep, I ate chocolate

Not very much though.....might just about sneak in under my syn allowance. I must try to tackle this evening nibbling though, as it is my downfall every time. I can't be hungry as I have eaten loads of lovely free food today, so it must be something else making me want to eat rubbish.

Sometimes eating carrot sticks helps, but some days it HAS to be chocolate or crisps, or some such crap. :o

you are so right snags, tonight i had a huge fight with DD and after she went to bed i ate 2 paks of monster munch a tub of cashew nuts and i have drank 2 glasses of wine, so im off to bed before i do more damage.

does anyone have any advice on how to deal with a 9 year old girl with a serious attitude problem,i am literally at my wits end she is getting worse everyday and i dont know how long it will take but one day i am going to snap, there is only so many times you can count to 10.20.30.40 etc before you cant take anymore.
    sorry top moan
