I normally just carry on as normal.
But you can hold up to 4lbs of extra weight at 'star' week (mainly water!) So see what happens next week.
Well Done on the lb off though!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Still chugging along here too. Weigh-in day isn't until Thursday however I pinched a quick peek at the scales this morning and they show another loss, albeit a small one....:o .
I've gone bust twice this week so if I lose 2lbs I'll be happy. Just spent twenty minutes on my new friend and managed 2.70 miles which is quite slow but to be honest, it's the fact that I've now cycled seven times in the last thirteen days which is encouraging. If I can keep that "1 in 2" ratio or better going in the long-term, I'll be more than happy.0 -
Ooops haven't weighed in yet

I went swimming with DD yesterday and actually got to do some swimming...for a good hour!
On the diet front...not so well

Finally updated the spreadsheet, and created the new one.
HERE is the original one.
And HERE is the new one.
I have carried starting weights, targets and weight lost so far over onto the new spreadsheet.
A couple of people have offered to help with the updating, and it's really kind of you but I can't work out how to do it, as there's no password.....but if I start getting snowed under with it, I will find out how and give you a shout, thanks very much. :A
I've removed anyone who has never weighed in, but if anyone does want re-adding, please shout and I can easily add you back on.
As always, shout if there are any errors, because I was going a bit cross-eyed towards the end, transferring the figures over! :rotfl:
Oh, and I'm going to tone the colours down, because I think I've made it a bit too bright!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Ye gods i am at the top, and haven't weighed in for quite a while..*cough* I think i should give up as a lost cause snaggs.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
I alphabetised it
I am a nerd
But please don't give up Bob, I have been soooo far off the wagon that I couldn't even SEE the wagon for the last 2 weeks, so am having a fresh start tomorrow. Anyone else flagging a bit and want to start afresh tomorrow?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
