Actually - would people mind if I started a new spreadsheet - there are loads of people on there who have never weighed in at all - I will carry over the info from the previous sheet, but it would tidy things up a bit and make it easier (for me....how selfish.... :D).

Used to have a Carrie, what breed is yours? Ours was a golden labrador and had a great character.

Well done on weight loss :T

Hi Tizzzzy, my Carrie is a toy poodle (Black) she is so dinky:rotfl: we have to be very careful when she is running around so we don't step on her, we have another poodle named Bouncer he is 8 years old, a miniture, such a loveable dog, they both have a 5 generation pedigree.
Carrie certainly gives Bouncer the run-a-round. my husband and I are retired and our 5 sons & 1 daughter are now grown up and married, so our little dogs give us so much pleasure its like looking after children again. Carrie is sat on my foot at the moment whilst I am writing this, she just likes to know where I am.
I also love golden Labradors, they are so loyal, my sister in-law had one.

Nice to see you back Snaggles.

    Last day before hol... :j

According to the scales this morning, I have 0.4lb to lose to reach my original goal. It is my weigh in day tomorrow so I am hoping to have shifted that last little bit.

I'm not sure it's worth adding me to the spreadsheet until I come back. The last one has finished quite neatly just in time for my holiday and at the target I set. I am bound to put on weight while I'm away so I think it will be a bit depressing to give you my starting weight now Snaggles, then get back from holiday and be behind.

I will weigh in for the new spreadsheet on Sunday 6th July if that's okay :D

    Today:
2 shredded wheat (HEB+ but stuff it!) and skimmed milk (HEA)

    lunch
wholemeal roll (HEB) marmite and 3 light laughing cow triangles (1/2 ish HEA)

2 ww yogurts (might be free, might have a syn or so, dunno  )

2 slices of ww bread toasted with 4 light laughing cow triangles and a bit of thai chilli sauce - about 7 syns? (2 triangles were the other bit of my HEA)

about 3 or 4 rich tea fingers (in bits end of packet) - about 4 syns at the most

I will weigh in quickly in the morning and let you know if I hit my target and say bye :D
  • go ahead with the spreadsheet for me snaggs, it will be much easier for all of us to read then and easier for you. we appreciate you doing it for us so if its easier for you then lead on.
im having the rest of the week off and am going back to group on tuesday this time with my sister in tow so we are going to have the support of each other:T . there is only 1 house between us so we have decided that because i know the plan i will put the food up for lunch and cook dinner for now until she gets her head round the plan:A , im fine with this as she is buying the food so i think i got the better deal there:j .

So, its ok to keep the info you currently have for me on the spreadsheet? Dont want to start from scratch as I would feel like I hadnt achieved anything lol.
