I'm not on the SW diet but if I was, yesterday could best be described as a flexi-syn day. Best just leave it at that, I think....:eek:0 -
Hi!
Well had a little issue dropped in the plan today.... my depression has come back
And due to the nature of it, I tend to over eat (see it is medical :rotfl:) but as I know this I am NOT going to let is stop me losing weight.
So today:
B - Cheesy egg on Toast (HE A and B + 1 tbsp tom sauce 1 syn)
L - Savoury Rice (with added curry powder )
D - Jacket pot, beans, quorn sausages and cheese!!!!
Snacks - Apple, pineapple, yogurt, special K bar (4syns)
I will be aiming to fill up with loads of free food all evening and making sure I keep busy  that way I wont eat and I am so tried (stress related) that I intend to go to bed early!
xCurrent debt - £16,300
Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Used to have a Carrie, what breed is yours? Ours was a golden labrador and had a great character.
Well done on weight loss :T0 -
Hey guys - sorry I haven't been around much - the spreadsheet is pretty out of date isn't it!

I might not get chance to update it today or tomorrow as I am meeting the lovely Tigtag this evening, and then going to stay with the equally lovely Bunny tomorrow, but I will get it up to date over the weekend. I really need to get back on the wagon - think I've put on about 3lbs because I haven't been doing the diet at all really. Starting to feel ready to tackle it again though, so I will be as good as possible, then weigh in on Wednesday to see what the damage is!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
