Had a bit of a talk with myself this morning and have decided to give myself one last go at the SW plan.

I have been totally neglectful of myself lately, mainly down to feeling depressed about stuff I suppose.

So today it is 5 weeks to my summer holiday and I am not going to let myself slip any further back.

I have weighed myself and I am now 9 stone 7 lbs from a starting weight of 9 stone 10 lbs so at least I am not quite back where I started.

I want to be 9 stone by the time my holiday arrives so I can actually feel comfortable in my summer clothes.

2lb a week is my target...............I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hi everyone

Just a quick update. I did it!!! :j

10,6.5 this morning :D I don't know how many weeks we've been going and I haven't got time to look or count up but I've lost 11.5lb which I'm happy with.

So much to do before I drive to the airport later but just wanted to say bye and thank you to everyone for all the info (especially Keren although she won't see this) as I didn't have a clue about SW before I started.

See you in 2 weeks :hello:

Managed to break my record on the bike today with a whopping 2.97 miles smashing the previous best by more than a tenth of a mile...:j

Still just about keeping to it although I'm sailing close to the wind most days now. I blew it on Thursday and the last two days have been 2,300+ calories each which is just about on the borderline.

I work for Home Delivery for four months of the year and in those months, I can easily lose half a stone almost no matter what I eat. I deliver around 2,500 catalogues in four weeks and generally do about 200 a day which is a lot of walking. If the weather is as good as it has been, I change colour too!! :D
