me too snags im giving it 100% from tomorrow :eek: , i had a reprieve at group tonight and actually lost a pound after 2 weeks of not being there and eating what i wanted, :j i was totally gobsmacked,I alphabetised it

But please don't give up Bob, I have been soooo far off the wagon that I couldn't even SEE the wagon for the last 2 weeks, so am having a fresh start tomorrow. Anyone else flagging a bit and want to start afresh tomorrow?
so i made a deal with myself to lose more next week and treat myself to a haircut.
(i need one anyway) but it is an incentive.

I will try folks. I have been reading what you have all been doing and heartily applaud it. I already have a new starting weight so I am up for a fresh start!

Breakfast - 2 weetabix +350ml skimmed milk (HE A and
2nd Breakfast :rotfl: - apple slices
and pineapple (superfood!!!)
Lunch - Salad with quorn sausages, sweetcorn and pickled onions with Mayo (2 syns)
Snacks - Banana, Fat free yogurt, alpen light bar (1/2 HE
fruit salad.
Dinner - Sainsbury BGTY cannelloni (4.5 syns) with SW chips and something
Evening - Alpen light bar (1/2 HE
fruit and probably a mini milk (1 syn)
Which means if everything goes to plan I will be having 7.5 Syns

im feeling positive at the moment:A , i have my pocket free foods directory in hand and im going shopping, everything i buy for this week will be free on the plan so i dont have to think about it. all i will have to do then is fit in my HE's and syns, surely i cant go wrong.
