Dont overdo it on the housework Jinks:D
You need a good hour off this afternoon to catch up on the goss;)

    Today I will be having

    Breakfast

Shreddies + skimmed milk and a banana (2xHE)

    Lunch

Penne pasta in pepper stir through

    Dinner

Sliced roast chicken (HE) with pots veg and yorkshire pud

Syns will be the yorkshire pud and some gravy

Snacks will be fruit and a slice of smoked cheese for my other HE

Will someone cast their eye over this for me as I still cannot get my head around the healthy extra thing and have only just realised that you have to have them each day (I thought you could skip them and loose weight quicker)
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Hi everyone - well done on the 2lb loss Lucy, I bet you feel brilliant.

I lost another 1lb last week but to be honest I have no idea what my weight is now  Weighed myself at the gym and I was 9st 7 in an evening :j weighed myself at home (digital scales) and I was 9st 12, but upstairs I was 9st 4:rotfl: Think I'm going to weigh myself at Boots on Friday morning instead as I have no idea what I am, but I am back in some jeans I haven't worn for a year.

Decided on pay day going to buy the Food Directory so I can kep a better record of what I'm eating. Also, this star week business - how do you account for it re weight? I have the coil and therefore no period, but get the bloatiness (irritability ;) ) etc - do I just ignore any weight this week or have an extra allowance?
