Helloooo, sorry I haven't updated today - I usually do on a Wednesday but I am soooo tired and Stu made me a v&t which has gone straight to my head so I'm going to wait till tomorrow! :o

Anyway, I think I have lost 1lb - the new scales are 5lbs different to my old ones, so I have added 5lbs to my start weight and target weight loss (couldnt face adding a big gain for this week....lol). And I'm 1lb less than I was when we bought them on Sunday, so I'm putting down a 1lb loss, and just hoping that will be right. :o

    Morning guys!

Well I had a(nother) big rethink last night and the fat (now called Albert :rotfl:) is not going to beat me!!

I will wage war until he is no more!

I have a big uni reunion on the weekend of the 20th September, and I want to be back to a size 14 (at least) by then. The last time most of them saw me I was a size 20  So it should be enough of an impact!! :D

    Food for today:

    Breakfast - banana omelette

Snack - Fruit Salad, alpen lite bar (part H E B)

Lunch - 4 sesame ryvita + 2 laughing cow cheeses, cucumber and pickled onions. (HE B and part A)

Snack - Packet baked crisps (5 syns) yogurt

Dinner - Probably Jacket potato, beans and cheese (HE A)

Snack - Alpen lite bar (Rest of HE B)

    Does that sound ok?

    Morning all
just had my weigh in, lost 2lbs, whoopi :T I am soooo pleased, I lost the 1lb I put on last week + another 1 lb. I think this could be the result of having more red days than green ones, I find this works better for me.
congradulations to everyone else who has lost this week:T

Bit disappointed at the moment, did everything as I should, didn't go off the diet once though there were times I wanted to, got on the scales this morning feeling quite excited and expecting a loss only to find I had put a pound on. Can't work out why, not TOM, alternated red and green days, only second week of diet can't have reached a plataeu yet, lot of weight to be lost, really can't understand it, felt like crying this morning, have calmed down a bit since then, but this is dangerous for me as I'm likely to give up if I don't get a result.
