    Morning :)

I've updated the spreadsheet - as usual, let me know if I've missed anything/anyone.

We've lost over 10 stones between us now! :T

Green day for me today and I'm going to be a bit more careful about weighing and measuring today, and keep a record of my syns too - I've been a bit slapdash for the last couple of days, and while I haven't been very bad, I know I haven't stuck to it perfectly either.

My mini challenge is to lose another 4lbs in the next 2 weeks, so that my new scales will say the same as my old ones did....lol!

Ok have worked out food for today. I'm going to have another red day as I enjoyed the one I had the other day.

    So:

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix + 350ml skimmed milk (HE A and B)

Snacks - Melon, fruit salad, some Sainsbury's tikka chunks (1.5 syns for the whole pack)

Lunch - Salad with some of the chicken, ham and egg.

Snacks - Yogurt, Alpen lite bar (3 syns)

Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna and a salad (HE B + 2 syns for mayo)

I will probably also have a mini milk ice cream (1 syn)

So feeling good and I should be able to stick to it, if I snack loads.

Bit disappointed at the moment, did everything as I should, didn't go off the diet once though there were times I wanted to, got on the scales this morning feeling quite excited and expecting a loss only to find I had put a pound on. Can't work out why, not TOM, alternated red and green days, only second week of diet can't have reached a plataeu yet, lot of weight to be lost, really can't understand it, felt like crying this morning, have calmed down a bit since then, but this is dangerous for me as I'm likely to give up if I don't get a result.

Tizzzzy don't get too dispondent, You may have missed one of my entries I put in earlier, I said and I quote: sometimes the scales can be a bit unkind, if you stay the same and there is no loss some weeks it dose not mean that you are not losing inches, Take a measurement of your vital statistics and then measure again in 4 - 6 weeks, and see the difference. :T have a good day bubsy.

Well done on everyone who has lost and those who haven't plough on, you're doing brilliantly!

Weighed myself last week and I'd put on a pound  which took me up to 10st 1.5, weighed myself today and now weight 9st 11.5 :j

Am delighted, I have been so much more determined, stopped thinking Oatso Simple was free and had weetabix instead. Also DH has been away and I have been doing all the cooking and I'm in control of oils, butter etc.

Have made myself a beetroot pasta salad up today and then planning a run later to push things along.

Have decided that I am not capable of maintaining a 7 day diet and therefore give myself Saturday off to eat (within reason) what I like, as I weigh myself on a Friday I then have 6 days to get rid :D

Thanks everyone for your comments and support. Did something I shouldn't have done but it has made me feel a bit better, got on the scales this morning and was a pound lighter than yesterday, so that's the ½lb I put on and another ½lb for good measure. Will now keep off the scales until next Thursday morning, but at least I'm happier to keep on trying and there is definately a skip in my step. :j

Put 1 and a half back on again!!

But I am feeling really positive today so I am not going to let it upset me. Got a right telling off for nearly passing out... Robert (my consultant) said I need to eat more and not let myself get hungry!! Just is true, but I was hungry at the time!!!

Good on you Lucy, love your attitude :A
