    Hiya all,

Have been trying to read up on you all but you all talk alot and havn't had time to post anything cos I'm relying on work computer at the moment (don't tell anyone!!! ) but have been doing well. Even had chocolate last week :o ! Lost 2lbs last week and another 2lbs this week (Monday mornings are my weigh-ins). Must still be in 'the zone'. (Mind you, had a couple of poorly days last week when nothing I ate stayed where it was supposed to but appear to be over that now.) Had a day out at Whitby yesterday and didn't even have fish and chips!!!! :T Didn't even have a lick of my sons ice cream (mind you, he didn't offer).

Anyway, better sign off and at least pretend to do some work and day dreaming out of the window at the beautiful weather doesn't count!!!

Take care everyone and think thin and happy! :rotfl:

    Hi

Now I haven't had a particularly bad weekend (well part from the shopping trip on Saturday where I realised I am to fat for everything!) (well ok they didn't have my size!)

But I am seriously considering giving up SW, I'm not sure that my head is in the right place and while I really want to lose the weight, I've paid for 11 weeks and not lost anything.

I am considering stopping going to class, eating sensibly (maybe still following the plan) and seeing what happens.

Hopefully somewhere in there I will sort my head out and it will all be ok. At the moment though I feel like I am wasting my money and just getting really down and depressed about it.

But if I do go, am I still allowed to post here?

    Hi Lucy

If you really need to stop going to class, then no one will blame you for taking that decision. Quite a few people here don't go to class (me for one) but it doesn't matter, we all have the same aim.

I know what you mean about clothes. I was trying bikinis on for my holiday a week ago (I go in less than 2 weeks  ) and the memory of me in a bikini in front of the mirror is the only thing keeping me going. I don't think I'd be doing so well if I didn't have the holiday as a deadline. (Although I did have 2 naughty days on Sat and Sun but I've been good today :A )

If you do decide to leave class, you mustn't stop posting here. Even if you're not following the plan. At least while you're here, you can jump back in when you feel you're ready. If you leave us, you may feel unable to come back. I hope you feel better soon. Have a dodgy hug :grouphug:

Hi everyone, well done losers :T

After a naughty weekend, I have got back on it today. I was going to be good on Sunday and it started well with b'fast of bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Chose red as I thought I'd be having roast. Far too hot for roast but instead of plumping for the salad I should've had, I ate an open chicken pie in a applewood cheese sauce, chips and peas. And I had 1/3 of 2 starters. Chicken in pitta bread and breaded mushrooms. Oops :o

Only had 2 jaffa cakes in the evening and did a couple of hours gardening in the morning so I suppose it could've been worse.

    Today
Ate hardly any weetaflakes as the milk was on the turn.

    Banana

wholemeal roll (HEB), cottage cheese, marmite, couple babybel (HEA) mullerlight, snack a jacks (5 syns)

quorn sausage and bean casserole with couscous

tea with sugar (1 syn) 2 jaffa cakes (4 syns)

Made loads of couscous so I can take it for lunch this week. Need to get more organised with packed lunches.
  • Hi everyone sorry ive been missing for a few days but my ISP disconected my internet as i changed bank account details and although i told them the really competent:cool: CSA didnt save them properly so my ISP thought i had just cancelled my DD and not told them.

But im back, i didnt realise how much i rely on this thread for support until i didnt have it and boy does my waistline know it, i have been a complete and utter pig and there was no reason for it, i came back off holiday and got straight back on the plan and then went off it on Thursday when my internet went down  can any one explain that to me:rolleyes: .

i am going to group tomorrow and will take whatever she throws at me and i will draw a line under this week and start again on wednesday.
