wow - only 1.5 sins per can!!!! have found my new fav food. yummy and good for you. will try tesco own though - free on green - fantastic.
have just eaten a bag of tescos temptations choccy seed mix. thought they would be good - lots of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pine nuts. but just seen the nutitional info - 170 cals per HALF BAG - oops.

 18 syns for 80g, always best to stay away from nuts and seeds when on SW, I find, or check the amounts for a HEB and weigh in advance.
  • Hi everyone well ive been to group and as expected i have put on a pound, in definitely not suprised though, all i need to do now is focus and get back on track which with the frame of mind im in at the moment is going to be quite hard, i just cant seem to get focused, i was honest a group and told her not to expect great things from me at the moment and she understood. one good thjing to happen tonight though, i got slimmer of the month for May so that was a good pick me up.

    Hi there,

Am I still eligible to join in on this one?

I'm weighing in on Thursday morning on my own scales, I'll be following my own eating plan and I won't be going to classes either. If this disqualifies me then I'll understand but it might help me knowing I have the rigidity of this thread to keep me on the straight and narrow.:D

Good luck and best wishes to everyone else on this thread, particularly Lucy...:T

i dont see why not anyway i thought you were already with us chip,
i think a few are just healthy eating but the majority of us are SW and we do post our meals and eating habits through the day, most are healthy so if you want to try a few have a go you have nothing to lose but your excess weight,
    welcome

    Morning Everyone.

    Well I am still here.

At the moment though I am taking a little break and just trying to eat well and seeing where that takes me.

But I am going to see 2 of the girls from my class on Thursday night who were also struggling with it, so it looks like I will have my own private breakaway slimming class :D It's odd now I have take the pressure off I feel much better about it all.

But the plan is to be careful about what I eat for a month and see what happens and then I think I might try SW again, but from home this time. Then there isn't the pressure and expense every week and it really wont matter if I put on as I wont be paying (if that makes any sense!)

Thanks guys, I will keep posting as I would miss you all, and at the end of the day we all want the same thing and you never completely leave SW, your just not so strict!!

    Food for today:

Breakfast - 2 tsp of reduce sugar jam and 2 slices of nimble

Snacks (throughout the day) - Banana, yogurt, aplen lite bar

Lunch - low calorie quiche with salad

Dinner - As normal not sure on this one. So suggestions welcome! Nice healthy food.

I do intend to have a blow out on Friday and then cakes on Monday (it's my birthday!!!!) But I am hoping that by eating healthily and enjoy normal food, I will get my head in the right place and even lose a little!

Chip - Nice to see you have started this properly now! And no trips to Ikea.... even if the boys do like them!! ;)
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
    Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek:
:ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A

    Hi everyone

Lucy, sounding good. I had leftovers for dinner tonight. Quorn sausages, onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, passata, kidney beans, butter beans and baked beans, worcestershire sauce and herbs. Had it with couscous. Made loads on Monday so had it for lunch yesterday and dinner today. It's very nice and free on green.

People don't seem to be posting as much on here lately

Anyway, the scales are telling me I've put on this week (although I am due my thingy week, whatever SW call it).

I'm trying to be extra good now.

    b'fast
shredded wheat (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA) - measured it for the first time this morning and am def not having more than I should, so that's good.

    snack
    banana

    lunch
6 ryvita crackerbread (HEB), marmite, cottage cheese and 3 extra light laughing cow triangles (1/2 HEA). mullerlight

    dinner
quorn sausage and bean casserole with couscous as above with thai sweet chilli sauce (1 and 1/2 syns)

light alpen bar (3 syns) and 2 jaffa cakes (4 syns)

I may have a piece of nimble toast (2 and 1/2 syns) later with marmite and more laughing cow left from HEA.

Am also going to do some exercise tonight. :A

Chip, you need to PM Snaggles with your weight.

Superpup, it has gone a bit quiet hasnt it? I shall still post, I am really in the zone and it really helps to post my food diary here each day.

Lucy, sounds like you are doing good! If money is an issue then maybe see your GP and ask about the free SW pass? I am going to ask on my next visit :)
