You only THINK you need the rent - when you add up the extra fuel costs, the food bills, the wear and tear....he's actually costing you more than he's paying you....lol!

Im a week into giving up smoking. I would love to join this thread but think i should just stick to the smoking first. Good luck to you all tho, might pop back every once in a while to see how things are going for you all.

    Red day:

    Mint hifi bar (HEB).

Tuna with a large mixed salad and 42g half fat cheddar grated over the top.

    Banana and apple.

    Curly wurly (6 syns).

Dinner is SW chicken kiev (2.5 syns per serving) with a large mixed salad, may have a smidgen of mayo synned. Possibly laughing cow lights as a HEA, stuffed in the kiev, not decided as yet!

Edit: Am stuffing the kievs with laughing cow (HEA), garlic and fresh basil mmmmm I am so hungry just thinking about it!

    Morning!

Snaggles, please put me down for 1lb loss. :j

I'm only 2lb away from my target weight but I think I'll have to reduce it anyway. Last time I was that weight I had a lot more muscle so obviously that meant less fat. More of my weight is fat this time around :o

Hope everyone has a nice weekend. The weather is lovely :D

Ive been bad today too.Went shopping to the outlet village in Chester, spent to much money and ate too much.
Started with a boiled egg and 2 nimble WM (HEB) with flora 1.5 syns
Then went out decided to have a green day so chose pasta with about 5 small meatballs and tomato sauce.
Then had half a sugared doughnut.
Then the worst thing happened we went into a cadburys factory shop, I am a chocoholic, I spent £14 on sweets and chocolate (for the children understand).I ate about 4 chocolates, roses I think and a mini dairy milk.
Came home and made the children some tea and had approx 1/4 of a pepperoni pizza. Can anyone make sense of that? Is it worth totting up or shall I call it a day and draw a line under it?
