Last time I did SW I did mix2max every day and it worked perfectly for me, this time round I cant do them as I just dont seem to lose on it :o my consultant said lots of people find it hard to lose on, but its got to be worth a go. If you find things slow up then you can change back to red, green or success express days :)
  • there we go ive been back to class and have had a 2lb gain but im really pleased to be honest as i ate nothing but crap while away and my alcohol consumption was rediculous. im now back on it so i know i would have gained more if i had waited until after group tonight to start again.
i set a mini target at group to lose the 2 i had put on and also 1 extra so 3lb next week here i come. wish me luck everyone.
its my birthday tomorrow but im not doing anything but taking my 6yr old to the dentist, he is being sedated to remove some rotten teeth, bless him, he does brush them twice a day but it looks like he is not doing them properly i will have to keep a closer eye on him from now on.

Thanks Cleosmum, things have slowed up already so I think it's not going to hurt to give it a go.

If we eat the same things day in day out then our bodies get used to it, make some big changes to give your metabolism a shake up. I reckon trying mix2max will be good, but for a good boost its worth trying to fit in 2 or 3 success express days in to your week.

    Morning

Well I am going to try and put the last few days behind me (again!) Today I am trying a red day  And will hopefully do ok.

    So

Breakfast - sausages, bacon and cheesy scrambled egg (HE A)

    Snacks - Fruit Salad

Lunch - Ham and Bacon Salad with rest of Cheese from breakfast

    Snack - Chicken pieces

Dinner - Either Roast chicken, veg and potatoes or Gamon steak.

I am also aiming to drink my 4 litres of water today and so far I am nearly 1.5 litres in!! Man do I need a wee!!! :D

I also have some diet cola and loads of other free food with me, but I just need to get through the withdrawal symptoms and properly kick this weight into touch!!!

    Love you all x

4 litres?! Please go steady, that is rather a lot to drink in one day! Aim for drinking 2 litres of liquid, which can include tea, coffee, squashes, water, etc.
