Having a fat and horrible day today
I played badminton for a whole hour last night :T although ache every where today and I want to eat everything!
Got on the scales this morning and I've not lost anything, I don't think I've put to much back on either, but feel terrible today and really weepy!! In fact i am scared I am getting stressed again, which I really don't want to do.
So I am on a green day.... any ideas on all you can eats while sticking to the plan and not raiding the office vending machines?
What have you had so far today? Would it help to keep a list here?
And stay off the flippin scales!!0 -

I would say grab a selection of fruit, maybe add strawberries in there as they are super speed. Either munch on it as it is or chop up and mix with fat free natural yogurt. Keep bananas to hand, they are great for filling up on and good for you
Dont let yourself get hungry, keep grazing on good free/speed foods. What will you use the rest of your syns on? Maybe have another alpen light if you feel yourself buckling. And stay focused, remember just how you felt last week when you were in control and feeling fine.0 -
I like it... I'm blaming hormones and genes!!!
Right I now have a pasta salad to help get me through this afternoon. And will still eat my egg sandwiches....

Just finished my first week and lost 1.7lb despite not having a good weekend due to eating out a lot.
Can anyone PM the SW password to me as I need to check a few things - hoping they are syn free0 -
Hi all, have been very busy for a couple of days didn’t manage to look in.
Have just caught up with every ones listings, It really is nice to see every one is trying so hard. :j
I have tried to be good this week and followed the plan fairly well, BUT I have just eaten a small bar of chocolate, now I feel cross with myself.:o I am going on holiday in 4 weeks so I must behave myself, no more chocolate, ( its my hubbys fault he bought it) I want to lose a few more lbs and then there’s the Wedding in July, Oh dear !! Its all getting so close
Snaggles I found the same thing when I bought my new scales a couple of weeks ago, mine was a difference of 7 lbs, I thought the new ones were bound to be right so I am going by them, in the hope I find a downward trail and not an upward one.
Good luck every one & well done on the weight losses. Bubsy0 -
Hi
Bubsy, don't beat yourself up over 1 small bar of chocolate. Can't you put it down as one of those flexysyn thingies? I bet you could squeeze it in your day's syns. You're allowed a treat every now and again. I think I'd be grabbing at naughties if I didn't have my daily jaffa cakes
Lucy, you're doing really well. Keep going and it will come off. You probably won't see the benefit of the badminton for a couple of days.
I have been rubbish at planning again today.
B'fast 28g honey nut shredded wheat (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA)
snack - banana then another banana later and a light alpen bar (3 syns)
Lunch - wholemeal roll (HEB) with loads of ham and 3 light babybel (HEA), couple of olives (1 syn ish), mullerlight
Dinner - scrambled egg and bacon sandwich (not easy to manage) (5 syns for the bread, 1 syn for tomato ketchup)
2 jaffa cakes (4 syns)
Another high syn day but was really hungry for some reason.
Am thinking about trying mix2match. I think it may work better for me. Has anyone got any experience of it?0
