Half way through second week and want to get on scales but I'm making myself keep off. I know if I haven't lost weight I lose heart easily so fingers crossed for Thursday, I can stick to a diet as long as I feel I'm getting rewarded with weight losses, plateaus are definately my downfall. I'm trying to alternate red and green days occassionally the menu dictates that I'm better off changing, ie Sunday dinners, need my potatoes and parsnips and not too worried about meat then. HEB's are strange, sometimes I get to the evening and realise I haven't had any and finish up eating something I really could have done without, other times half way through the day I realise i've used them both and could really do with more, I know I can use my syns allowance there but for some reason I feel reluctant to. Must admit I'm getting a bit fed up with fruit, salad and yoghurts as I seem to have eaten loads of them. I'm lazy when it comes to preparing food which means I tend to go for something easy rather than satisfying. I must admit I'm my own worse enemy.0

Cant believe I missed this thread!! Still trying to fit SW into a couples regime (OH likes his "proper" food lol), it was so much easier when i was single!! Not that I'm complaining lol. I'm not joining yet though, don't think my barbie pink fluffy brain can cope with all the counting money and counting syns as well, but I'll keep looking back to get some inspiration!!
Don't quite understand why I'm not jumping at the chance, i lost 3 stone on it before I met OH (and have since put the bloody lot back on lol), but maybe your success stories will give me the motivation!!
Good luck all and well done!!

Having a fat and horrible day today
I played badminton for a whole hour last night :T although ache every where today and I want to eat everything!
Got on the scales this morning and I've not lost anything, I don't think I've put to much back on either, but feel terrible today and really weepy!! In fact i am scared I am getting stressed again, which I really don't want to do.
So I am on a green day.... any ideas on all you can eats while sticking to the plan and not raiding the office vending machines?Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
