Went to class last night and collected my books. Was going through my cupboards and found Uncle Bens Express rice - special fried rice & mushroom rice, can someone tell me if they're free on green or is there a syn value. Also does Muller Light layered fruit yoghurt have a syn value? Also where can I find these things out?
High tizzzzy Rice is syn free on a green day, and muller light yogurts are free on both red & green days.
Well done for taking the plunge keep reading your books you will soon get into the swing of things. bubsy
OOOPS sorry made a BOOB!!! please read following entry0 -

Well Day 2 of sticking to the plan is over and I've done it :T
Had a chat to my consultant who was really impressed with the way I am thinking about itAnd asked if he could tell the rest of the group  Which I said yes to and a few people thought that concentrating on the plan and food was a better idea than obsessing about weight. So you never know my breakdown may have helped others to :j .
9 syns today, all my healthy extras and loads of free food!! Aiming for the same tomorrow and there are loads of nice looking recipes in the new mag, I'll let you know if any of them are any good.
Personally I'm loving the idea of syn free Pizza!!! :beer:Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Hi everyone
Virgin Media have let me use my broadband for a few hours (which is very nice of them...) so I thought I'd have a quick catch up on here.
I have been v v good this week :A (after my blowout on Sat, Sun and Mon). I have weighed (I know, well naughty!) and it seems I have lost the 2lb I put back and another 1lb (it's that TOTM again so that may have had something to do with the gain). I have been trying to eat more.
Today I had 2x weetabix and skimmed milk (HEA andand a handful of blueberries.
Snack - more blueberries, satsuma
I turned down a free bacon sandwich at work today :A :A
Lunch - 6 ryvita crackerbread (HEB) with marmite and 3 light babybel (HEA), mullerlight, banana and more blueberries.
Dinner - loads of rice, simply organic mixed bean chilli, 40g half fat cheddar (5 syns)
I was going to have an alpen bar but it's technically Friday now so I think I'll just go to bed.
Well done Lucy for getting back on track. I think you've hit the nail on the head. I keep trying to focus on how much more healthily I'm eating nowadays. Much better than when I did WW a few years ago. At the end of the day, left with 1.5 points and the choice of a banana or a packet of quavers, guess which one I'd go for? The fact that fruit is free on SW makes me eat loads more than I would normally, which has to be a good thing.
Do feel like being naughty tomorrow but as it's the day before weigh in, I am going to control myself

Just hope they taste ok!!
Thanks for being there for me over the last few days, feeling much better today0 -
