Evening all.
Well I seem to have managed it. Loads of free food, all my Healthy Extras and 9 Syns!!!!
Go me!
But for some reason I am really tried so will be taking myself off to bed soon (yes I know it's only just gone 8!) as otherwise I will sit there any find something to eat.
But best of all I managed to resist all of my bosses cakes!!! Not one passed my lips... although the weird bit was I didn't really want one anyway!!!
Thanks guys you are all great!
(oh and I have not made my dip tonight as I have left the fromage frais in the fridge at work.... One for tomorrow!)

Evening - 1lb gain for me this week
Oh well, it is star week, and I know I had a very bad few days at the start of the week, so I'm not too worried.
One thing I have noticed is that my pmt hasn't been as bad, and I'm wondering if that is due to the pasta etc that I am eating. Usually I am ready to commit murder at this point in the month, but today I am only mildly irritated.
Me too, I am usually screaming and crying like a madwoman and I have been OK, a bit miserable but OK.My water retention is not too bad either so this diet is having a positive effect on me even if im not losing lots of weight.0 -

I have just eaten chocolate and am now cross and just lost it with myself :mad:
I feel like this week has been a write off and I dont know why, it was going well, even on the days I had things on I was so in control and it was literally only one meal, whereas normally I would just blow out for the whole day. Just had a cry and my 12 year old told me he loves me whether I lose weight or not and that I should have a good cry and get it out of my system, bless him!
I have to get this back it cant go into the next week :mad:
OH and kids have chips.....must not eat must not eat must make my free dinner.....

I feel so tired today both children are still up, they are in their jamas but still up baby should have been in bed an hour ago.I just havnt got the energy, I want to crawl into bed and sleep for a week.

Thats right my dear draw a line under it, its not your fault if you crave a bit of chocolate,
I have always maintained that when, ones blood sugar gets a bit low, the craving for some chocolate or something sweet hits you, this is why we go for it, and lets face it a bit of chocolate is not going to ruin your diet as long as you don't make a habbit of it every day, in anycase you can have chocolate on the plan as long as you syn it.
You tuck those little darlings of your up in bed and have yourself an early night. bubsy0 -
well, I've got myself organised to re-start tomorrow. I've microwaved a packet of batchelors rice and a tin of butter beans and it's all in a tupperware tub in the fridge to take to work for lunch. I normally finish at 1, but i'm doing extra hours over the next couple of weeks so just need to be organised.
I've run out of bananas though, so I need to pop to the shop opposite work before I start work."Stay Wonky":D
