I have just eaten chocolate and am now cross and just lost it with myself
I feel like this week has been a write off and I dont know why, it was going well, even on the days I had things on I was so in control and it was literally only one meal, whereas normally I would just blow out for the whole day. Just had a cry and my 12 year old told me he loves me whether I lose weight or not and that I should have a good cry and get it out of my system, bless him!
I have to get this back it cant go into the next week
OH and kids have chips.....must not eat must not eat must make my free dinner.....0 -
Hi everyone and fantastic weight losses.
Glad to see you are back on form Lucy, we're all allowed to have a bad time and it does take a long time to change habits we have had for years.
I haven't weighed myself this week and have decided to change my weigh in date to Friday as Tuesday is too near a blow out weekend - is this allowed
I read a post by snaggles about how little habits all add up to weight gain and I have tried to be really good this week, i.e. a biscuit does count so I need to record it, as do mint etc.
My problem is DH does all the cooking and tells me after there is mayonnaise, butter etc in. Have asked him to try and not use these things for my meals and he has said he will do his best bless him. He's away for a few weeks next week so I will be in charge of the cooking and hopefully see more results.
Will report in on Friday!Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0 -

Well I seem to have managed it. Loads of free food, all my Healthy Extras and 9 Syns!!!!
Go me!
But for some reason I am really tried so will be taking myself off to bed soon (yes I know it's only just gone 8!) as otherwise I will sit there any find something to eat.
But best of all I managed to resist all of my bosses cakes!!! Not one passed my lips... although the weird bit was I didn't really want one anyway!!!
Thanks guys you are all great!

Evening - 1lb gain for me this week
Oh well, it is star week, and I know I had a very bad few days at the start of the week, so I'm not too worried.
One thing I have noticed is that my pmt hasn't been as bad, and I'm wondering if that is due to the pasta etc that I am eating. Usually I am ready to commit murder at this point in the month, but today I am only mildly irritated.
Off to update the spreadsheet now. Oh and Bubsy, weigh in on whatever day you like hun and either pm me or post on here."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
