hi Pania - the wholemeal bread would count as a b choice so you can not worry about a healthy option free day ;)

The egg would be free and the mayo would be 5 syns for 1 tbsp if it was full fat mayo.

Good grief, I struggle to get through 42g on my food! Just make sure to vary your HE, if you have too much of one thing you might find it slows your weight loss (been there, got the tshirt, my downfall was too much cheese each day lol).

Also, if you are on a green day then you can have cheese as a HEB too. There should be a list in your book/online.

It was a big jacket potato! I do try and vary the (b) but it's either milk or cheese with the (a) isn't it? I always have 1 as milk and 1 as cheese but fancied a cheese blowout yesterday! :D

Haven't decided what day today will be. Meeting DD2 for lunch out somewhere so will see what the menu is like. Have to do a quick food shop first though and have only had 2 bananas so far so will have to stick to my list or I could end up sticking allsorts in my trolley :o

I weighed this morning (I know it's really naughty but it's the only way I can stay on track, if I haven't lost I try harder and if I have, it spurs me on) and I lost just over 1lb yesterday and as I'm over week 3 which is apparently the 'sticking' week, I may get to my goal weight for the wedding. Still have a bit more to lose though so not going anywhere.

I'm menu planning at the mo and need to think of another red dinner so I can then go shopping. I'm doing alternate days next week again.

You can take off 6 syns if using the wholemeal bread as a HEB. Its best to stay well away from ready made sarnies, they pack them with so much rubbish to keep them fresh that its a syn nightmare.
