Keren, this one is NOT a 3 week wonder.:naughty: with all us lot here nagging away at you how can it possibly be. and if you fall off we'll just waltz on over to the daily chat thread, hijack you and drag you right on back!:rotfl:

Well, yesterday was a good day.

started off with the full grill up (and poach up)
with quorn bacon, quorn sausage, 2 eggs, grilled mushroom and chopped tomatoes!:j
had a glass of fresh OJ (2 syns)

    then I had

New potatoes (HEB) loads of salad, 28g cheese (HEA)
    28g avocado (2.5 syns. oops)

oh and a lemonade sparkle (syn value unknown) and a refresher bar (syn value also unknown :wall: ) if those 2 together are over ten then my whole days worth of trying to be good was useless!!

I also resisted the monster toast craving that occured about 2130:T i'm an absolute toast fiend and used to polish off 6 slices+ in one toast eating session!
not sure what today will look like but am about to start it with a yogurt and a cuppa. (i can't eat mullerlight which is a pain, as a veggie they have gelatine in them. only yogurt that does. bah:mad: )

Have a good ay everyone. xx

Hi Wilkinsonplus books have 50% off SW four seasons cookbook. Haven't got it myself so don't know how good it is but worth a look.

Keren I am with you completely.

When I first did SW I lost 5lbs in my first week. I've been back 5 weeks now and had only lost 3.5lbs and I know I have put some of that back on!!!

I've been really good today, but I have one good day for every 3 bad days or so it seems.

I think we need to have a good old 'talk' to ourselves!!

    Hi everyone

After doing really well in my first week I think I may have blown it this weekend  Had a wedding to go to and stayed over, tried to eat as well as possible but proved difficult. Back in full force today though.

Had Oatso Simple this morning, plum, melon, ham and philadelphia salad sandwich. Lots of water to make up for the alcohol :o

Dreading weighing myself tomorrow, maybe I should put it off........

What about if we all commit to just one perfect day, tomorrow (if I can eat by then...lol). So we will have our lovely free foods, our healthy extras, and a maximum of 6 syns?

We could make a meal plan now, maybe even prepare anything that can be prepared in advance....and we can check in here as often as possible throughout the day if we are in need of motivation, or just a chat.

I find that taking it a day at a time helps me not feel too overwhelmed by the task ahead, and having one great day encourages me to have another, and another.

    Anyone fancy joining me?

    I'll join you!

How about doing a red day and a green day plan?

yes - I will Snaggles, although I'll struggle at 6 syns I think - I'll go for the 'happy medium' of 10 (in the eat 5-15 syns SW mantra!)

Just off to do an online shop for a few bits. I'm going to include a couple of bits I don't normally to consciously vary it.

I'm aiming to start properly from the week I'm back from my hol which will be 26th/27th May. Then it will be done properly!!!
