Thanks for the welcome guys. I really appreciate it. I've a long way to go and need all the [strike]kicks up the backside [/strike]encouragement, I can get.

Congratulations to all the losers :rotfl:

Had a busy day today so not eaten as well as I should have.

B = porridge with fruit (HEB plus milk as HEA)
    L = cottage cheese and 3 crispbreads (2nd HEB)
D = salad, cheese (HEA) beetroot
Snacks = mullerlight yoghurt, ice cream (6 syns) Smirnoff Ice Black with diet lemonade (9 syns  ) Didn't realise it was this much until after I had it :o

Made a rice salad to take to work tomorrow with lots of veggies thrown in. If it's warm I have it cold, if it's cooler I warm it in microwave. Also take a side salad and some fruit to nibble on at my desk. Otherwise I head to the canteen for cookies and chocolate milk

Weigh in tomorrow evening so will let you know how I get on.

    Hi Kitty

That's okay, you were within your syns (just, lol). At least your organised to make stuff for work lunches. I end up putting something boring together in the 30 seconds I have spare before dashing out of the door.

Well done jennyred and don't worry northernlass. It's surprising how a lb or so can drop off in a day and at least you haven't put on.

    Today I have had...

    B'fast
    2 bananas
mullerlight (10 for £2 in Morrissons at mo :j )

    Lunch
couscous, peppers, spring onion, radish, chicken (b) cottage cheese
    mullerlight

    Dinner
This pasta thing my daughter made out of one of the SW books. Bit tasteless but it was okay. Wholemeal pasta, courgettes, leeks, quark, parmesan (a).
    2 jaffa cakes (4syns)

I have an (a) and (b) to eat yet so will prob go for either cheese on toast or a milky coffee and 2 light alpen bars. Not hungry though and to be honest, I feel quite bloated this evening.

Lovely day in the sun though :T

Oh, and now I have to make Twink's hobnobs and HFW banana bread for a friend's birthday. I may have some cheese on toast now as I'm really not hungry and hopefully I'll feel too sick to try and nibble on anything. :o

    Edit
If anyone wants to know (I have way too much time on my hands tonight), twink's hobnobs - if you make 40 out of the mix - come to 6.5 syns per hobnob.

HFW Banana Bread contains a total of 111 syns so that would depend on how many slices you get out of it.

    Morning Guys.

I know I sound like a broken record, but I am finding it really hard at the moment, it' star week this week. So I feel like a huge fat whale anyway  but nothing is shifting and I haven't lost what I put on over the bank holiday!! I'm running out of idea.

Although I did resist chip shop chips last night, cooked SW ones with salad and quorn burger, but polished it off with the left over cornish ice cream

So today will look like this:

    Breakfast - 2 Weetabix + 350ml skimmed milk (HE A and B)
Lunch - Cheese Salad (HE A)
    Dinner - ? (this isn't good!!)

Snacks - loads of free fruit and yogurts, I will also probably have 2 Alpen lite bars (HE B)

Any idea for dinner? I'm on a green day.

Thanks, just feeling a little disappointed with myself, it is almost like everything wants to do it, except this little rebel side of my that keeps sabotaging me!!!

how about pasta and a tomato sauce with whatever vegetables you have in the house in it Lucy?

When I was with my ex, he always used to call my diets the 3 week wonder and to be honest, he had a point - I often used to fall off the wagon at 3 weeks -although normally with him going , ooooh I'm sure there is something you can have off the indian takeaway menu....

I guess I'll have to watch myself that I don't let this be a 3 week wonder!

    Food:

    mullerlight

HM egg fried rice with peas

    penguin 5.5 syns
cadburys caramel cake bar 7.5 syns

I think we have some passata and tinned tomatoes in the cupboard... Possibly a pasta dish maybe.

I do have the stuff to make a balti, but I'm not sure I can be bothered!

I'm not doing too well - can't stomach anything really, and the only thing I HAVE managed is some toast (it was WW malted danish at least!) and butter. I've a feeling I will shortly be seeing it again though....sighhh.....
