I'm getting back on today with 2 success express days today and tomorrow. I sat and did a meal plan last night and printed it out so I have no excuse. Snaggles and Northernlass - just draw a line under it and start again, I'm sure you can pull it back :)

Have a good day everyone, I am off out with my food so I cant go wrong lol.

Hello, I had my weigh in this morning and after being this good... :A :A :A :A :A all week, I have lost the grand total of 1/2 a lb

    Gutted

I am going to do some exercise this week. Excessive I know, but needs must

Today I have eaten so far...

    B'fast
    2 weetabix (b) and skimmed milk (a)

    Lunch
Couscous with chopped up; courgette, spring onion, red and yellow pepper, mushroom, tomato, herbs and soy sauce. Pineapple, strawberries, grapes, kiwi.

Dinner will be a big jacket potato with lots of cheese (2xa) and some beans with salad.

I'll either have a couple of alpen bars for my other (b) or some toast with some syns on it later. I'll try and stuff a banana down as well or some yogurts if I go and buy some. Does anyone know if mullerlights are on offer anywhere? I suppose tesco have stopped the 5 for £1 by now.

    sp x

PS - Do NOT make the cannelloni recipe out of the latest SW mag. It is GRIM! (Insert vomiting smilie of your choice here) I have tweaked it and made up a recipe of my own and once I'm over the shock of the last one, I will make it and if it's a success, I will post it here if anyone would like the recipe. :D

The duck and the fishcakes recipes are both nice though

Thanks Keren, you are doing very well though. Your menus look loads better than mine. I seem to be eating the same old stuff all the time. I know, I'm just being impatient but the whole point was to lose weight for the wedding I'm going to on Saturday, but I've only got a week left now.

    so far

    2 weetabix (B) skimmed milk(A)
tuna cottage cheese and apple (free)
    and whatever i have tonight.
    speak to you all soon:hello:
I did that last weekend Northenlass and had to draw a line under it.So long as we get back to it asap it shouldnt hurt too much, i also eat the next day after being drunk, its like your looking for a certain taste but never quite get it.Im waffling sorry.
I went to barbeque yesterday for my little brothers birthday (he was 23) and had a red day.My mother and SIL were surprised at how much food I was stuffing down and was supposed to be on a diet, but I had lots of meat, salad and half a baked potato and diet vimto to drink.Went on my night shift feeling totally bloated so just had fruit and carrot sticks last night.
Red days and fruit are playing havok with my downstairs though, stomach was growling and hissing all night.
Have a good time at the barbie, slimming world was designed with barbies in mind.

Week 3 is notorious for that. It affects at least ¾ of my members, almost exclusively in week 3. Stick with the plan, it'll start again next week :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Superpup have you thought about using half fat cheddar as that is 42g as 1 HEA.

Thanks, I had 84g of half fat cheddar! :o I worked out how much skimmed milk I had with my weetabix and it only worked out to 3 syns max so I went for the double helping of cheese! :p

Also had a load of baked beans with it.

2 slices of nimble for my 2nd (b) and 2 extra light laughing cow triangles for 2 syns. 2 jaffa cakes so 10 syns in total for the day. Quite happy with that.
