Dont be mad at youself, it could be a whole host of things that have caused this. look back over your food diaries if you have them or your posts on here to find out exactly what it is you have eaten. i find if i eat too many grapes even though they are free my body doesnt react to them as being free and i either maintain or gain, so i tend to only eat a couple, my sister is the same with bananas. it could be that you have eaten more of a certain food and your bady wants to keep it there. also is it star week, you could also check your juices maybe you bought full sugar by mistake. i know im waffling now but i just want you realise you may not have done anything wrong, so not to blame yourself.

god, i'm knackered. Dull and very muggy here and I've just got in from work. Feet ache even though I've been sat all morning and I'm pooped.
Was a bit naughty - ok, a lot naughty because I just felt so rubbish AND I have the boring fortnightly meeting to get through where cakes are within 3 inches of my pen.
So, today's a write-off, but stuff it, I'll just have 5 syns tomorrow.
Food today (red day)
muller
banana x 3
chicken
lettuce/tomato/cucumber/beetroot
quorn sausages, eggs and turkey rashers
bag of monster munch - 6 syns
mr kipling lemon cake 4.5 syns
stick of shortbread - 5.5 syns
mini milk - 1.5 syns
dinner will be minced beed bolognaise (free)
84g pasta (2 x hob)
84g mozzarella (2 x hoa)

Well I put on half a pound, but I ate dinner before going to weigh as I was hungry, dont normally eat before. My own scales are the same as sw scales and they said I had lost a half before I ate my dinner. My consultant says its fine, a half in the grand scheme of things is fine and she knows my true weight will be shown next week. I'm not in a good place really, I thought I was doing ok but certain things have knocked me sideways, so please forgive me if I am not on this thread as much.
Today:
Breakfast
2 x weetabix with 250ml of semi skimmed milk.
Cup of coffee with milk from above allowance and a sweetener.
Lunch
Wholemeal Subway with tuna and salad and lite mayo. Will work the syns out in a mo :eek: . Bottle of coke zero.
Havent decided whats for dinner yet!

Lots going on here at the mo and feeling really stretched. OH not happy at work, problems with eldest DS, and its followed on from my rabbit dying which knocked me. Think I just need to get back to my happy place lol the one with the white padded walls, and I miss my nice white suit, had some very fetching buckles at the back :eek:
You know last night is the first time in a loooong while that I could happily have walked out of sw and never returned, they were all lovely to me which helped, I really need to get back on a even keel, so I probably shouldnt stop posting but I find that when my depression appears I naturally start to shut off from anything non essential. Does that make sense? probably not lol.0 -

Ah, I've been eating a lot of grapes. Hmmm... haven't eaten them for a couple of days. Will try and lay off them for a few more days and see.

I've had a red day today and have tried to eat more than I have been.

Lunch
wholemeal roll, 2 slices of ham, 1/3 tub v low fat cottage cheese. 3 light babybel (a), banana, strawberries. pkt Quavers 5.5 syns
Dinner
2 quorn sausages, 2 rashers bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, grilled mushroom and tomatoes.
2 jaffa cakes - 5 syns
I am not buying McVitie's jaffa cakes again! All the own brand ones are 2 syns but McVitie's are 2.5 :mad:
Do you think I've had a better day foodwise? Does it sound reasonable?
Sorry you're feeling so rubbish and things aren't going well for you cleosmum. Stick with it, you're doing really well and you post some useful info. We'll miss you if you don't post.

I'm going for Red day number 3 in a row. It's not going to be easy as I'm at home all day so there's more time for me to want to eat and pick and green days are so lovely for that!! I also don't have loads of red stuff to hand, but I'll see how I get on.

Quick, someone beat me over the head with a scan bran and feed me some cous cous. I have been sooooo bad. I was really busy yesterday and fell into my usual trap of eating nothing all day and then eating EVERYTHING in the evening (helloooooo white bread rolls and butter :wave:).
Really paying for it today though, I feel bloated, sluggish and queasy (and I only had 3 drinks so it can't be a hangover).
I'm struggling to get back on the wagon, and have already nibbled things I shouldn't have. I've got it out of my system now though, so I'm starting right now....no more rubbish!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
well i have been quite quiet for a couple of days as im totally annoyed with myself:mad: . i went to a friends house and drank :beer: 2 yes 2 bottles of rose wine :beer: to myself. my goodness i was well and truly anebriated (probably spelled wrong):rotfl: . that drunk i was sexy dancing in the middle of the street, i dont beleive it myself though:D . i dont know about you lot out there but the day after i have been drunk i eat and boy do i eat, i eat for england and still i cant be filled, so thats what i did, i cant write down what i ate there was too much of it. so today i feel like a fat bloated piggy. i have decided to do a red day as im going to a BBQ at the same persons house but im NOT drinking. i have my 2 litre bottle of sugar free cherryade to see me through the evening:A .
