I'm a bit rubbish at red days but this is what I eat on an average green day (although trying to have more variety)

    Breakfast:
Shredded Wheat with Mullerlite instead of milk (half of HEB)
    Peppermint tea

    Snack:
Ryvita (other half of HEB - supposed to be a Ryvita Breaks but can't find any)
    Banana

    Lunch:
Cheesy pasta salad (cook pasta, add in cheese (HEA), chopped cucumber, peppers and tomato, bit of black pepper)

    Whatever fruit takes my fancy

    Snack
    Mini Ryvitas (HEB)

    Dinner:
    Quorn piri piri & rice
(quorn pieces, peppers, chillies, white wine (from memory about 4.5 syns per glass and I use 2 glasses to one bag of quorn), parsley, salt & pepper if required - the sauce is very light, more of a dressing really, but tastes gorgeous). You can add olives too, but I don't know the syn value, so I haven't been doing!

    Evening Snack:

Carrot sticks and dip made from vlf natural yoghurt, squeeze of lime and a bit of chilli powder

I can't always eat so much in one day, but if I'm having a hungry day, that would sort me out! :D

I'm a green day person and it's normally:

    Breakfast:
    2 weetabix + 350ml skimmed milk (HE A & B)

    snack:
    Banana and an apple

    Lunch:
    Salad normally cheese or egg.

    Snack:
1 Aplen lite bar (half HE B)

    Dinner:
Veggie Chilli and rice or jacket potato with cheese (HE A)

In the evening it's normally free food or I have my syns, I'm into mini milk ice creams at the moment (1 syn each I think) or a packet of baked crisps at 5 syns.

All my syns are normally on snacks or things like ketup or mayo

breakfast gets really boring as does lunch!

Anyone got a good recipe for Slimming World quiche?

I know that you can make one with Cottage Cheese, but I don't know how! Does anyone know?

Part of the Furniture Photogenic Combo Breaker
Mix 8oz cottage cheese with 2 or 3 eggs

On a red day, line a dish with slices of ham or bacon (or whatever takes your fancy) add the mix and any vegetables etc and bake for about 30 minutes.

On a green day, do the same, but either pour straight into a dish and bake or line with Quorn 'meat' slices. Add cooked onion, pepper, broccoli, chopped up quorn sausages etc etc.

Also add cheese if you want, counting as a hoa.

Have been doing SW for the past 2 weeks (not bothering going to classes but have done it before so have the general jist). Got weighed today and it takes my total loss to 6lbs. Am well chuffed!! Now I just need to keep inspired.

It is only 11 weeks to my summer holiday now and if I dare to bare in a bikini I will definitely need to get cracking with the weight loss.

My new place of work is on 4 floors and I have trawled up and down them at least 7 times today so I think that will do for toning up:D my arms are looking a bit flabby too but I dont do "exercise" I would rather do a normal activity that is useful, like gardening or decorating to burn calories and tone up.

Food wise today I have had

1 tsp local Honey (trying it out as a hayfever remedy)
    2 slices of toast (not wholemeal:o )

    1 Banana
    1 Apple

    1 ham salad

Dinner tonight will be Chicken with Veg and pots as a HE

Dessert - Mullerlight with some frozen berries stirred in.

    Keep the kettle boiling folks:T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
