I have been neglecting this thread for the past week.:o
I have been bored the past week or so with the whole diet malarky.
I havent exactly been watching what i have been eating....but I dont think I have been too bad:rolleyes:
I WILL do better this week:cool:

I just hope it wont be due to you catching the vom bug from OH:rotfl: How has sick bucket duty gone today??? I know if my OH is ever ill he is totally murder and if its sickness then he wouldnt venture from our bed and have me emptying a sick bucket all day.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Blimin' heck...my hips hurt! That Wii Fit hula hooping malarky is painful! Spent another 30 mins on it today, discovering I really do have no balance whatsoever and tomorrow lunchtime I am gonna venture out to the real outside world and go for a run! Have been neglecting the running recently due to feeling generally rubbish but need to get training for my next half marathon very soon so need to get back out there! Nice weather too so should be good and no excuses now!

    Hi everyone

It went a bit pete tong for me today...

    Mullerlight and banana for b'fast

No time to grab food from home and had to go into town at lunch so bought a salad from the sandwich shop. Chose tuna mayo (huge dollop of it) and when she asked, 'everything?', I didn't say 'no coleslaw please'. :o

So God knows how many syns that was :o

DD1 'cooked' dinner again as I worked today and she didn't, and I took offence to her saying 'are you going to make dinner then, I'm hungry?'

So we had 2 good for you sausages (no fat and a funny taste), 1 rasher of cremated bacon, some kind of mushed up tomatoes (well they were red) and a big grilled mushroom. She threw the eggs in the bin saying she was never cooking ever again and if I wanted an egg I'd have to cook my own. So not a huge dinner but strangely enough was quite pleased there wasn't much there ;)

After saying I would give the jaffas a miss due to the lunch episode, I had 2 (4 syns).

I just realised I hadn't had any (a) or (b) so I've just had 2 slices of nimble toast with 4 extra light laughing cow triangles and a cup of tea.

    Bet I've put on... :o

Good news!! Weighed myself this morning and have lost 2lbs since last week :j Am now 10 stone on the dot, can't wait to get beneath 10 stone and I really thought I had blown it at the weekend. Now I'm thinking, what could I have lost if we hadn't been away

Feel really pleased, and this morning I even ditched the car in favour of the train and a 25 min walk from station to office. So will do 50 mins walking today and also going out for a run tonight.

Worked out my menu for today and loads of fruit, so feeling positive :)
