    Well...

I headed to this thread thinking 'I'm going to confess my syns as I've been good all week...' when the first thing I saw was my post from last night saying it all went Pete Tong yesterday. Oops! :o My memory is worse than I thought then!

    Started off okay...

    2x weetabix (b) and skimmed milk (a)

    banana
    6 ryvita crackerbread (b)
2 laughing cow triangles (bit of an 'a' - all I had in the fridge)
    mullerlight
    kiwi
    pear

    All fine so far eh?

Then I couldn't be bothered making what I had planned for dinner as my new digital camera was on the doorstep  when I got home from work and I've been playing with that.

So I made a salad (okay), new potatoes in quark and chives (okay) and a little bit of half fat cheddar (a) but I didn't have even 1/2 an (a) at lunchtime so that probably made 1 whole one IYSWIM

then it goes a bit (b) crazy. Had a bit of chicken (b) out of a packet (not much to be fair).

Then I had a light alpen bar (b).

Then my jaffa cakes. (4 syns)

But I'm feeling a bit reckless tonight and feel like I could easily get the munchies! And I don't want fruit or yogurt but I certainly can't have any more (b)'s.

Maybe I'll just sit around naked all evening. That'll put me off eating anything else...

OOps you have had 4 HEB  which are circa 6 syns each. What about some fruit IN yogurt?

No matter how you dress it up Cleosmum, it's still fruit and it's still yogurt. :rotfl:

I haven't quite had 4 HEB though have I? The chicken was no way a full HEB and 1 light alpen is only 1/2 a HEB. I'll be generous and count 9 syns in total for OD'ing on HEB. :o

Ah, so with my obligatory 2 jaffas, that's a total of 13 syns. Hmmm... not so bad as I first thought. Just need to get my kit off and I reckon I may have salvaged today.

    Thanks guys :D

Why can't you have rice as a HEB? That's pants! Why is brown rice so much worse than pasta?

I reckon you could count the chicken and alpen as 1 HEB then, which is 6 syns :D

And no talking to me about fruit please, I have just scoffed half an over ripe pineapple and made my tongue sore, that'll teach me :D
